Picked this one up and gave it a good listen and I'm enamoured with it.

It's a departure from her previous work with southern rock band Buffalo Clove, in an unmistakably traditional country direction. The first song, Hands of Time, is autobiographical dealing with her father losing the family farm, her journey to Nashville, the manager who ran off with her money and the death of her son. It's quite a powerful song. The rest of the songs follow a theme of drinking and heartbreak but with a kind of "I'm over it and moving on" vibe.

I recommend it for fans of country music.
