Rihanna - Kiss It Better (2nd single from ANTI)

Rihanna has announced that Kiss It Better will be sent to radio today as the second single from her eighth album ANTI. The music video will be released tomorrow at 5pm (UK time).

After the success of Work but disappointing album sales so far in the UK, hopefully this song will help sell the album.

Listen here if you haven't heard it yet:

One of my favourites from the album I'm so happy this is a single

This is by far the best song on the album, and is one of my favourite songs she's ever ever done. I really hope this does well. It's such a beautiful song.

Thank god she is releasing this. Great song and would be great to perform live as well.

Once again it's going to be an explicit video.

Album sales generally are poor Music of The Sun was #35 spent 5 weeks on the chart and still sold 150K most #1's in 2016 do not sell that. But that aside this along with the other second and urban single Needed Me both great choices should hopefully do well.

I like the song but it should have been love on the brain by far the best song on Anti and she kills it on the tour

Pretty dull video tbh but beautifully shot and the song is that euphoric that I don't really care.

Disappointing video.I was hoping for big and colourful, and a big video would've helped it smash in the US where video views count for the chart. Can still see it being a hit there though. Here, not so sure, it's not a sound that's big right now. Probably solid for top 10 though.

Yeah boring video.

I imagined quite a summery feel, for the chorus for some reason I picture her driving in an open roof car is some wide open roads somewhere lol.

I'm not a fan of videos like this, I literally watch them once then never bother again.

Still, it's one of my favourite song of the album, so 'm happy it's a single.

I'm disappointed it's in black and white. The song was screaming for a colourful video. I envisaged her walking along a beach at sunset or something to match the vibe of the song a bit better.

I think it'll be overshadowed by 'Needed Me' in the US as that's being released as a single too. Not to mention 'Work' which is still #1 after 6 weeks and isn't going anywhere yet.

It could be big in the UK however if radio gets behind it. Although I think 'Love On The Brain' is the song that the UK audience would really get behind.

It's rising fast on iTunes. Out of the big markets it's risen quickest here in the UK. Still behind 'Needed Me' on US iTunes.

I absolutely love the video! It's really understated and the song really takes over as it is such a beautiful and euphoric song that that is all it really needs, simple visuals.

#25 on UK iTunes which is way above where it is in any of the other big markets. It's doing well here so far considering a total lack of promo. Nick Grimshaw played it once on his Radio 1 Breakfast Show but apart from that it's had no airplay. I hope radio gets on board with this as it has a chance here at least to become a hit. I think it's going to be overshadowed by 'Needed Me' elsewhere unfortunately.
