'Shocker' ...??Anton

Add 3 new girls
Add 2 new guys

And you're there

Is this the line up?”

So, basically - take away the pros you know are definitely not coming back.
Add some new pro's you don't know yet.
Line up sorted and Len's yer uncle (unless your Kevin, obviously )

Giovanni tweeted that's leaving the UK. Can't say I blame him. Utterly despondent today. The rest of the world must think we are a bunch of idiots

He wasn't meaning he was leaving strictlys just Britain leaving the EU. People think he's leaving strictly but I don't think he is. He probably just got the wrong end of the stick

Giovanni's English is a bit dodgy, no disrespect to him or anything. So could be lost in translation. Funny thing is though, I was wondering how a Brexit vote would affect the Strictly Pro's.

I wouldn't blame him though either. I feel so despondent today, what a bloody nightmare we've all woken up

I have never felt so un-British. Miserable day.

Giovanni has posted that he will be remaining in the UK "for at least 2 years" which is apparently the length of the pros new contracts.

Yes, Natalie said this during a Q&A a while back.

Totally agree, Lou

I think Gio has been hurt by the decision and I bet he can't help but take it personally. However, I think the tweet was a bit premature and I can't see him leaving. From what we've seen he's very busy with work here and very happily, living with Georgia.

Couldn't agree more

I wonder what this means for some of the non-British Strictly pros?

Out of the likely returning pros only Giovanni and Aljaz are from EU countries and I'm sure their places on the show won't be affected by the referendum result.

You will be happy to know that one of the new female pros is British. (not counting Joanne)

Were they ever a contestant on Britans Got Talent or a back dancer on the Strictly or either X Factor or The Voice.

Here you have the initials, Name & Last Name of three of the upcoming new pros (2 girls and 1 boy) just to satify my ego that is

Girls
1- K J
2- O D

Boy
1- G M

By the way, have you ever heard the word troop?
Vodka_Drinka

Do you mean 'troupe'? They tried that a few years ago and it was huge mistake, so I hope they don't got down that path again. I thought Korina Travis was supposed to be joining? I assume KJ is Katya Jones? Why her and not her husband?

I wonder where bendmixer is when you need her? She really does know people in the ballroom industry.

Yes, the correct word is troupe, I do not know why I went to war on this one

They tried to troupe before, and it failed. I can't understand why they'do go back to that?

Maybe it will be done differently this time.

I can't see how they could do it any differently? What's wrong with the pros doing the group dances aa theyve always done?

I'm finding it hard to believe to be honest.

Shouldn't there be three new girl pro's?

The troupe could work if it was probably done last time it was a last minute thought it worked on dwts when they had the result shows can see why it couldn't work on strictly IF done probably

I think that Giovanni got a bit confused. (understandable)

Despite the vote Britain is still part of the EU for the foreseeable future and process won't start until article 50 is invoked which won't be until October. Then 2 or more years of negotiation to leave.

Neil Jones could be the other male pro - backstageone says it's the initials of 3 of the 5, not all of them.

I'm a bit sceptical about all of this, but it's a distraction from The End of the World As We Know It 😖 , so might as well play the game ... There's a Spanish dancer in the BTF cast with the right initials - Gorka Marquez. A possibility?

Kylie Jones? She's British isn't she?

I doubt she'd come back though and I get the impression that the producers are looking for new faces
