Lost Netflix on you view box

Sorry this might be a bit long winded. I had Netflix through BT subscription all ok. I then purchased a new blu ray theatre system which advertises Netflix. So I managed to get onto Netflix through my blu ray player but found the quality of the picture not great. I have tried to use Netflix through the You view box but now it won't recognise my password and states the details are not correct. I contacted Netflix and after a long time changing my password I'm still in the same position. Netflix suggested I now contact BT to see what they can do. Rang BT this morning but very busy, so left a ''call back'' after an hour but still 6hrs later still waiting. I went onto my account page with BT to try and see if changing my password would help, again to do this it said a email would be sent, still waiting. Has anyone any advice going forward?

Not sure bt will be much help. I take it you can login fine on the netflix website?
