Tbh, it doesn't matter any more. The show is deader than the deadest dodo. Though she needs the publicity for her career so if her leaving the show means no more music from her, it's a win win for us

Also states that if Rita doesn't join The Voice, then Nicole Scherzinger will do it. Wonder if this means that is Cheryl and Rita both leave, X Factor could have Simon, Nicole, Sharon and Louis? That would be a brilliant panel and would certainly get my full interest back to begin with.
Louis, Nicole, Sharon and Simon would be a pretty decent panel, provided Simon is a bit more respectful to Nicole than he was on the US show. Some of his comments to her were borderline misogynistic.

She was a bit of a drip on the US version. I expect she'd stand up for herself a lot more now, as she was popular on the UK series and had a completely different personality.
That would be good if she quit then Nicole Sherzinger comes back thats the only reason she wasn't kept on. Or even Tulisa could come back she was the best with the groups.
Danni could come back either but Dannii and Nicole are similar judges.
Or I would personally love if Mel B came back I thought she was great and opinionated .
Nicole-Mel B , Louis , Simon
Louis seems to be pushing for Mel B or Nicole to come back with Sharon
Quote: “'If Simon asked me back, and I thought it would be fun, then absolutely I would,' he said.
He continued: 'If he wants the dream team then he gets me, him, Sharon Osbourne and either Mel B or Nicole Scherzinger.'

Nicole would have to work around her commitment to the Dirty Dancing remake on US tv. She was also being considered for a starring role in the Broadway revival of Cats.
