Oh how I wish she would die slowly and painfully. Part of me was hoping that Tamwar in his experience or lack of driving, would crash the truck, causing all the metal shards to rain out of the truck and slowly impale Tina against Arthur's Fence. That she would slowly bleed to death as Sonia ran off. Even that would not be a sweet enough death.

Seriously, how can DTC think that this overgrown womanchild is good viewing?

Totally agree. Is she supposed to be "quirky yet endearing" ? She comes across as an annoying overgrown simpleton with learning difficulties.

Womanchild and Horrible Sonia are disgusting, loathsome people.

Thanks.

She was absolutely terrible at the start of the episode but I did sympathise with her a bit when she was talking about how she didn't want children. I like that she's so resolute in the matter. That's the only good thing I can find to say about her.

I have defended Tina in the past but I have began to dislike her. The childish part of her was endearing but not anymore. She is an idiot.

She proves to be the worst out of her and Sonia. In fact, she brings Sonia down. Natalie cassidy's pregnancy could not of come at a better time and a nice break from the show is what the character needs. Hopefully they sort her out when she is back next year.

Tina has irritated me since her first appearance.

Why a woman approaching fifty wants to dress up and behave like a five-year-old beats me. What is worse, her family seem to connive in her childishness instead of telling her to grow up and act like an adult, or seeking medical advice about why she behaves in this way.

Hopefully the character will face the axe during the next 'purge'.

Tina is surely top of the axe list for the new producer. She is the epitome of a deadwood character - anything they involve her in is an embarrassing flop.

Yeah the most annoying bit was like, Sonia had been training for ages for this marathon, yet Tina couldn't wait until it was over to discuss babies or lack thereof. It was so selfish.

She's a terrible character. I don't mind the woman-child clothing & hair - to each, their own but she can dress ~young and still act like a grown up. What she did with Bex was ridiculous and then to follow that up with sabotaging Sonia's marathon was awful. And of course there is no consequences.

I really wouldn't mind the character to go.

Tina hardly interacts with the other carters. She could be axed soon

Wouldn't shed a tear if her or Babe were written out

Luisa Bradshaw White is a decent enough actress. I remember her on This Life and Holby City. But this role is going pear shaped for her. I liked her storyline with Tosh and initially she was OK with Sonia, but she has just regressed so much. DTC pretty much created her as he couldn't bring back Heather Trott as Shirley's sidekick (and was a much better character than Tina).

She should have been given a time-out on the naughty step then sent to bed hungry.

Thrilled to finally see so much negativity thrown at Tina on here. It's totally justified and a very long time coming.

Tina needs to tone down. She didn't even want a baby with Tosh. Tosh became pregnant by insemination, lost the baby, then Dean became the sperm donor. However Tosh wasn't impregnated by Dean so Tina forgave her.

Her friendship with Billy seems to have disappeared now. Billy had a crush on Tina eventhough she was a lesbian. The last time I remember them properly interacting was when Tina, with Lee and Tosh, convinced Billy to tell the truth about why he argued with Lucy on the night of her death (speaking of which, the photos have to be brought up again!)

I really like the actress but Tina really is one of those people who like Kim only is fine in small doses. Any more than five minutes in their company and you'd go mad really.

You're quite right but the truth is she is a mother. Pointless saying twenty years or so after the event she doesn't want to be one.

I didn't watch EE when Zsa Zsa was in it but wasn't the whole point of her character that she'd been neglected by her mum and had a whole 'rebellious' attitude going on as a result? So in that sense, Tina's characterisation is okay: at least they've always been consistent with the fact that she's a selfish person who should never have been a mother the first time round and therefore doesn't want another child now.

I do wonder why they've never brought Zsa Zsa back when it could be a clear progression for Tina's character to have her daughter living close by or even with her. Not that I'm especially fussed, as from what I know about Zsa Zsa she sound beyond awful, but if they cared about developing Tina at all then it's the logical thing to do with her character.

Mostly at this point, though, I think they just need to write her and Sonia out. The pair of them are terrible.

It would've been interesting for them to go down the route of having some sort of intellectual disability instead of just making her some caricature of a woman-child. We already have Kim for that.

I've sort of liked her every so often, in spite of her constant declarations of what a bad mother she used to be.....(I've always thought, every time she and Shirley kept coming out with that, how on earth could you admit something like that so publicly and easily!)

But last night was so cringe worthy, and so bad, and actually it was badly acted as well.

I think the writers really over did it there, what with all the baby hate etc.

I think she is meant to be "quirky and endearing" but it's all gone horribly wrong.

And another thing, they ( whoever is in control of this) can't seem to make up their mind as to what they want Tina to be.....either a woman who neglected her daughter and ruined her young life and so obviously has no input in her daughters life right now and has numerous times admitted that she was a terrible mother.

OR....she's just this young at heart, quirky childwoman who dresses a bit zany, and she's got all this nervous childrens presenter energy all going on around her and she's harmless, and she's fun, and she likes to have a drink, and she'll be the one to dress up as a rabbit on Easter Sunday.......

Though logically those two character descriptions don't seem to match do they?

At least with Shirley, they stay consistent with her.
