what is the lawsuit about?

From what I know, Jay Z's record label are accusing her of breaking her recording
contract and not delivering on the promised album or something like that. They want the money they spent promoting her.

I thought Rita had sued them claiming they hadn't done enough for her career, which is hilarious considering they went all out to break her in the USA. Just because it failed doesn't mean she can sue them.
