Windows 10 mobile Edge browser
Is it just me but does anyone else think that it is not as good as the previous browser. Upgraded my Lumia 930 to windows 10 and I think it's not as smooth and responsive as it's predecessor.

I have to agree. What I find irritating the most is that there is no immediate visual clue that it had registered the tap. It happens regularly to me that I go a lot more pages back than I want. Or reload the page several times. Or I have to wait a few seconds between it shows that download of the page is done and when the page actually appears. Extra annoying. And it's not just the browser, the OS is full of easy to find bugs. MS needs to get their shit together, or I may leave the fold. And I was there since WP7.

Honestly man, ditch it. You'll find life so much better with a mainstream option. I went iPhone and love it but Android ok too. |

Ivan, I was there from the beginning. I did the whole Windows Insider thing and everything. I've owned several Lumias along the way.

I really don't know why I still bother. I think I'll wait until my trusty old Lumia 1520 dies and then get something not Windows. I may even shock myself and get an iPhone. Which probably means that Apocalypse is coming

I abandoned Edge on my Windows tablet, installed Chrome instead.
Difference is night & day. Had a lumia phone in the past, prefer Android tbh, love Windows tablets though. |
