I have to say that was probably the worst explosion and effects i've ever seen in a soap, it just looked so fake XD

Most soap explosions are.

The ones in ED and EE look more realistic, check out the explosions after the Helicopter crash in ED and the B&B explosions in EE.

Yeah the stunt was quite poor, it was basically just a puff of smoke. And the destroyed hotel looked very fake as well, I found it particularly funny in Sarah's room today where the lamps were just pushed over and the frames tilted etc. Although I thought the aftermath with Josh's death was very emotional and very very well acted by the Willis family particularly Terese and Imogen, one of the most emotional soap death I've seen in a long while and I never thought I would be saying that about Neighbours!

I agree the explosion was rubbish but the aftermath is good.

I agree the aftermath was the best part but they could have put a bit more effort into the actual stunt.

I particularly loved the wall paintings in the hallways being slightly moved sideways
