fone angels
Anyone used foneangels.co.uk?
Sent my phone off to them last week to get my screen repaird on my S4 as the price was really cheap, and have subsequently been reading how bad their business practises are. Lots of people complaining about being asked for extra money for unnecessary repairs. Problems getting devices back and refunds processed. Think l've made a huge mistake. As l have just had an email asking me that they have inspected my device and seen that the proximity sensor is faulty. I smell a big pile of steaming BS! |

Doing a bit of research it seems they will now hold on it until you lose patience with their excuses and then keep £14.99 for expenses, Sending them more money doesn't change the situation and leaving negative reviews at somewhere like trustpilot means they will have the review removed within a few hours.
Lots of stuff like this out there http://craigkillick.co.uk/2015/10/wh...ke-a-bell-end/ Scam artists imho. |

A friend used them successfully for an iPhone repair summer last year, but I had to complain to get my unrepaired phone and money back last Nov. |
