Just type 'festival fancy dress' into Google Images.

THIS BUM BAG! I'm in love, dont you think is perfect?
I'm of that kind of people that need a bum bag for festivals, and this one is the perfect accessory!

One of my favourite sites for summer/festival style clothing.
I bought a wrap mini skirt with built in belt pouch (hardly more than a belt) great to wrap over jeans, leggings, other skirts.

Mom style jeans and a fluttery floral blouse usually goes best - I got mine from ASOS

Some of the people on here are going to stand out like someone wearing fancy dress at a funeral.

Can we have an update on this thread please? Given the state of Glastonbury I'm dying for the next installment.

Festivals should not be a fashion statement. It used to be all about the music. Oh wait....

This quote made me laugh from the "Festival Fashion Advice for Women", it is so clichéd and so typical of a fashion magazine. If you are going to Download and need advice from a fashion magazine then you really shouldn't be going to Download.
Exactly. And I bet half of them that take the fashion mag's advice won't know a thing about the band whose t-shirt they are wearing. Where's that rolleyes smiley when you need it?!

I'm wondering if I can be bothered to look back to see how many people recommended ponchos and wellies, rather than floral hats, designer sunglasses and fringed boots.

This thread is clearly just a spam thread, if you look at the OP's twitter. I suspect the OP is probably another poster in the thread too.

I always wondered who the numpties were who write the fashion pages in the weekend papers. They probably compile all their articles from snippets nicked from forums and have probably never been to a festival in their lives. It's as pathetic as the articles you see on 'camping', where they only know it as yurts, teepees and log cabins.
