CS - today is David and Kylie's fifth wedding anniversary
Five years ago to this day David and Kylie got married (along with Graeme and Xin).

Not many young soap couples make it to five years of marriage nowadays. It really goes to show how popular their pairing has been with fans of the show. It's a shame, but inevitable, that it's soon going to approach its end...

I love David and Kylie and it's such a shame Kylie is leaving the show soon, even though I it was inevitable (Espcially after Paula Lane's 2014 interview stating she knew when she would be leaving the show).
Their annual Christmas break ups have become tedious, but they are a great couple, and have fab chemistry.

It probably won't be mentioned but I hope to be surprised in a good way. Such a great pairing. The Platts are Corrie's strongest family and those two have carried them over the last few years. Kylie will be missed massively.

Five years is an eternity for a young couple in soaps these days! I think it's more likely to be mentioned as the writers know it's the last one they'll celebrate.

I think David and Kylie are great together and it is a shame Kylie is leaving.

I'm still holding out a glimmer of hope that Paula will change her mind and decide to stay on. If I were Kate Oates I really would fight tooth and nail to keep her on.

I can't see that either are in tonight's episodes so doubt it'll get a mention.
Just the kind of sloppiness we've come to expect from the current regime who forgot Kevin had a child that died. |

I actually don't like them together, like a pair of teenagers having kids.

Indeed. 5/6 years seems to be the maximum up-and-coming talents of Paula Lane's age do before moving on. See also Sarah Lancashire, Katherine Kelly, and Michelle Keegan. Paula will be missed more than them though because one of the best families on the show will be broken up.

Well that's better than them being in it and it not getting a mention.
