Ive got a problem with kiddies on the show in that they seem to be praised to high heaven way above any abilitys. Is it not perverse to have kids perform for a group of leering middle aged judges when they have little skill or abilitys beyond youth.
The time for gushing over Shirley Temples doing modern versions of The Good Ship Lollipop should be consigned to history with the likes of Jimmy Saville.

I thought she sang in a very clean pitch, good timbre with a passable interpretation of a tricky song, both pitch and dynamic wise. She was assured, confident and has a lovely voice. And she wasn't trying to "do" someone else, as most female vocalists seem to attempt, A la Beyonce, or Whitney...she sang in her own voice. I really enjoyed listening to her. She'd have blown them away on "The Voice"”

I meant how she sang it. It wasn't from the gut more something she learned through repetitive behaviour including some bad stage school habits like gurning through a song. I prefer a more natural singer

But the golden buzzer is a waste of time if the act would get 4 yeses anyway.

It should surely be used when the 'judge' really likes them and doesn't think they will get the 3 yeses.

Amanda pressed the gold button for a act that deserved it, seems could be from a talented family and has the potential to last a while on the show
