BBC Red Button and Red Button +
I have a Panasonic Smart TV with built in Freesat and Freeview. Since having to return things to shipping condition and then set things up again, I have been unable to opt for the Original Red Button Service on Freesat. Despite selecting the Original Red Button Service, it keeps defaulting to Red Button +.
Panasonic claim that this is because Freesat is phasing out the Original Red Button Service. I find this hard to believe since when I disconnect the Internet from the TV, I can (obviously) receive the Original Red Button Service via Freesat. Can anyone confirm matters before I revert to Panasonic? Thanks in advance. |
