Vodafone Network Guarantee 30day return policy

Quote:
“30 days to love us or leave us
We know it’s hard to commit to long contracts. That’s why we give you the freedom to put us to the test. If you’re not completely happy with our network, come back to us within 30 days of joining or upgrading and we’ll cancel your contract.

We’re the only network that lets you try us out – our Vodafone 30-Day Network Guarantee gives you the freedom to experience the strength and quality of our network before you commit.”

If anyone is thinking of Vodafone then this returns policy makes it a bit easier to give them a go.

thats if you can get them to let you leave with there reputation as the worst network in the uk they will make it very very hard with a lot of lies you will need to be mad to even think about joining them.

I saw that. The press must've made it hard for them to gain more customers recently.

I wouldn't trust VF to provision you properly let alone correctly handle a request to leave within the 30d. My 2 experiences with VF have possibly, no certainly been the worst experience of ANY company ever.

I haven't had a problem getting a PAC from Vodafone, they've handled the requests well on each request.

Three CS on the other hand are the worst on the planet, "Please, you must tell me why you want to leave" x100 questions on a virtual roundabout...

Yet I continue to get good service from them. Granted their CS is hit or miss, however I use live chat and find things are done more smoothly, even if it takes a little while longer.

In about 12 months Vodafone should easily have a network that will have caught up with EE to some extent, they have learned their lesson of under investments in the network. They are putting that right, it just takes time, most places I visit gives me 4G on Vodafone and its getting better with the (albeit) slow rollout of 2600.

As far as I see it, Vodafone offers the best all round package when it comes to allowances, contract length, roaming and price, IMHO no other network in that respect comes close.

I think it's a very good idea to have this policy as a 24 month agreement is a very long time to be committed specially if you end up having a weak signal or even no signal within the first 30 days.

However how difficult would it be to leave within the first 30 days and how well trained are their staff on this? (both go hand in hand I guess)

But hats off to Vodafone for doing this and hopefully other networks will follow suit.
