Does the Amazon Fire Stick work with Apple iPad and iPhone
Is the Amazon Fire Stick comparable in working with an Apple iPad and iPhone.

Ian. I say probably, because it depends what you mean by 'working'. You can't mirror the screen from an iPad to your TV. |

The Amazon Fire stick plugs into an HDMI socket on your TV and gives you access to Amazon Prime content and various other apps that you can download to it. Free and paid content and apps are available.
It doesn't really require any interaction with tablets or phones, Apple or otherwise. Certain apps can interact with your computers, tablets or phones - Plex for example. But that depends on the apps, not the Fire Stick as such. |

I doubt it would go into an iPad or iPhone. Doesn't it need a USB connection something neither have.

The USB on the Fire Stick is just for powering it, not for connecting it to anything.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00KAKUN3...l_6yg2flfvao_b I've done a little digging, and it seems there is a remote control app for it on itunes, so presumably can be installed to iPhones, and you can then use your phone as a remote control for it. If that's what the OP was meaning? https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/amaz...947984433?mt=8 |

Slightly OT. I've got a Firestick set up the way I want it, with Kodi and whatnot. If I back it up with ADB Fire, can I restore to a Fire TV box to get it set up the same, or are there differences between Stick and TV that means it won't be compatible?
