Bloke last year was funny. Last nights guy rubbish. Noticed he had to go with the Dec impression which everyone loved last years guy doing. So much so it was in every routine. Do something different mate seen it all before

I just watched it on ITV2. I found his act really boring.

He watched whoever it was previously taking off Dec and thought would be a sure fire way for him to be liked.

Sorry other bloke was ten times better

I thought the impressions were pretty good generally although I am fed up of hearing the Dec one, the act though really wasn't funny at all despite the judges finding it hilarious for some reason.

I hope not. It'd be like finding out Santa/Tooth Fairy/Easter Bunny doesn't exist all over again

Yes, it was originally Leslie Phillips (ding dong) doing the cat, but sadly since his death it's been this guy voicing them "in the style of" Leslie Phillips.

Agreed. I couldn't understand why the judges were so positive.

Boris, Clarkson and The X-Factor voice over guy are done all the time too. Not "original" at all.

To be fair, I'd say pretty much every impressionist on the show does an Ant and Dec impression. The bloke last year wasn't the first or even the best. I thought Jon Clegg from 2014 was probably the best...but there was a decent one back in 2011 as well.

No such sentiment around here.

He was pretty average. I don't really find impressionists funny, just cringe worthy.

John clegg was the best by far in my opinion at impressions! This guy is so average compared to him!!
