No they did not.

He is the greatest triathlete that has ever competed and runs a 10K faster than just about any Briton than Mo and a couple of others.
Thanks for clearing up what I would have said.

I think a couple of years back he ran a standalone 10k in around 28 minutes and only Farah and Thomson had gone quicker at that time.

Probably because it was free. Anyway I should think there were many more than that out on the road cycling and marathon courses.
Fact check time...if I could be bothered!!

Since when did the show turn into a Robbie flogging album sales moment.

I hope Bale comes last in the vote. Not even bothering to do a video link is utterly appalling. It shows a lot of disrespect. Really feel sorry for those who missed out on nominations. Froome and Jade Jones in particular. Lost all respect for Bale.

Dreadful. How to coast through life on minimal talent.

I voted for Kate RW. She won't win but I mentored her back in the day when she was training to be a PE teacher. Really nice young lady.

Voted for Max mainly because we've done nothing much gold wise in men's gym for over a century until Max.

If he had chosen to focus on the 10k as a youngster, he could definitely have been an international class runner.

Harsh imho. His stuff he did at the peak of his career was pretty good imho. Angels is one of the best songs from a solo male artist.

Not a fan of this however. Sounds cheesy and like he's trying too hard to recapture his glory days.

Michael Phelps must be thinking, why the hell did I turn up for this. When are they going to give me this bloody award.

Really pleased for Ben Smith. I ran with him for about miles 21-23 in the Bournemouth Marathon, that was about day 390 of his challenge. Needless to say it was him that ran away from me for the last three miles even having had 389 consecutive marathons behind him! He is phenomenal.

Angels is an utter dirge, sorry.

He's in Japan or flying back after that world club cup thing. Was probably too much hassle to set up.

What was the point of mentioning the English coach of Fiji

They would have won the Olympic Rugby Sevens without a coach as they were that good

He could have done a pre-recorded message before he went like Biles.
