No Bolt! Big surprise. Congrats to Biles though, well deserved.
How many gold medals did she win at Rio

I suppose the panel thought that Bolt had proved he was the best ever ages ago. Simone's just done it over the last couple? of years

So Usain Bolt winning the Triple Triple is not goid enough to win Overseas Personality then
Was a public vote last year but not this time, otherwise Bolt would have won easily.

The BBC might be holding back for the Lifetime achievement award next year.

If you add 017 to the phone number, can you vote for Froome or Frampton!

Every American who has a drink goes to rehab.

Would he have gone to rehab if he used a bus pass.

How often do overseas sportspeople win the Lifetime award? Think Seve did, didn't he?

He could have done a pre-recorded message before he went like Biles.
He is injured so did Bale even go.

The marathon guy is gay for whoever said he looks like one..

Prince William is a nice chap but a poor public speaker compared to his father and brother.

He co-presented. Prince William knew all the words. Not necessarily in the right order.
