Delight mobile not working?
Is anyone having issues getting their sim card registered?
It was working fine about an hour ago, moved the sim card into another phone and emergency calls only. Have done a network search tried directly conneting to EE along with Delight and nothing is happening. Put it in several phones same thing. There is no problem with EE either as my MiFi device works fine. Been waiting to connect to their customer services for 30 minutes now

![]() is rejected when I try to register it on their website. Does it need to to have credit added before that will work ? I'm planning to port a number from GiffGaff to it, will any credit be carried over after the port, or lost (I mean Delight credit, obviously not GiffGaff's!) ? Of course I can't port into it, before I register it, which might require putting credit on it, all a bit circular !. |

TBH there’s not much you can do even after registering a PAYG sim with them and since they upgraded, or is that downgraded their site you can now top up your number by simply enter your Delight number and adding credit on the web page ‘Top Up’ radio button but the downside to this way is that you have to be very careful you enter the correct number.Any credit you put on your Delight number now will still be there after porting in your GG number but as you said your GG credit will not. BTW you can credit the phone by as little as £5 so no big risk there but my Satnav data use is very low and the initial credit of £5 from last September still has nearly £3 credit even now so I’m not 100% sure the £5 top up is still available. |

My Delight sim that I use to feed data to my satnav was registered on their site when I first had the sim back last September but they seem to have done an update to their web page and ever since then my number is also not recognised as a Delight number so maybe they have change it so only contracts sims can register though I’ve not seen that in writing.

Seems the 5 quid Top Up is still an option, I'll try it later https://www.delightmobile.co.uk/topup/step1 |

You need to login with 44 and your number without the '0'.
i.e. 447123456789. That should work fine. |

However, new problem on the registration page, entering my birthday the drop down menu for the year doesn't go further back than 1965 !!! (But it does go forward up to this year !) They're a laugh aren't they ! |
