When I recontracted my broadband and calls bundle last year, they confirmed, including by email, that all existing discounts would continue to apply until the date they would originally have expired. And they have indeed continued... here's the small print from their email:

“You've renewed your Broadband and Calls contract for 12 months. Even though you've renewed your broadband contract, any special offers for broadband that you've got will continue on the same terms you originally agreed to. If you've got a special offer that runs for a set period of time it will end on the date you originally agreed. The basic price of your BT Broadband won't change and that's what you'll pay once any special offer ends.”
So I'd check back on that point if I were you.
