Anybody have more info on what this £10 per month being offered to some existing customers is about? Who will get it and how do you get it? What length of contract?
Seems very odd that the discussion started off, that you had to re-contract for 12 months to get the 52Mb and now there are folk posting that they not only have 52Mb without taking out a new contract but they've also been offered it for £10 per month! Aren't BT supposed to be putting the prices up?! I was offered the £10 for Infinity 1 back in Feb when my new contract started, I was planning on switching providers |

Is that definitely the case? Is anybody who got the offer recently able to confirm what the offer said and whether they were nearly at the end of their contract or why they think they got it? Mine runs until end of August, so if others running out in August got the offer, I'd like to know.
I'm currently paying £25 and expecting to go to £26 soon but will be haggling when I come up for renewal in August if others are being offered a £10 deal! I paid £10 per month when I first joined but didn't get offered any discount at last renewal. |

Thanks for that "pete taylor" but looks like the links are personalised to the BT account. When I log in, it say "Sorry, we've had a technical glitch"! I guess I'll have to wait for my own offer to come through - assuming I get one!

I know but that's what's under "My Offers" - Latest offers from BT tailored to you!
I think I'm a bit stuck with them actually. I have FTTP and cannot get FTTC. I might be able to get FTTP through PlusNet but their price is pretty much the same. I think they know I can't go with anyone else, so not expecting a £10 offer any time soon.

I just sorted out a new contract out with bt on the phone at the weekend. I've still yet to see it when I log into my bt.com account online. My bill was taken out last night as per normal. My next bill date to see it should be 2nd June and money to be taken out on 11th June. My new contract is for 29.99 pm and that is for unlimited bt infinity 1. Also will that give me access to the bt sport pack.

Is that including your line rental?
Any tv package? Normally u only get bt1 free on app/computer unless you pay for it or take tv package. |

I need to phone them too. As it happens my contract is up in June anyway but I'm seriously considering leaving and going to virgin but if they happen to offer me something I may stay to save the hassle.

My understanding was that BT rarely offer existing customers any kind of deals but this thread seems to be showing that offers are being given out without even asking!
dazb: what do you get for £29.99? That is such an odd price. The new standard price for infinity 1 unlimited is £32.50, so they seem to have knocked £2.51 off! Or does £29.99 include line rental? Others have said they are only paying £10 but that is presumably not including line rental? |

The £29.99 includes the Landline i got it last Sunday when i called them, previously the day before i called them but only got £34.99. Also i was out of contract so unless they were prepared to knock the price down a little more i would have left. Also i should point out its a 2 year contract too but for £29.99 per month im happy with that.

I signed up on blackfriday for infinity 1 and was offered it for £10 p/m
A year later, at renewal, i was offered it for £10.50 p/m so BT were fine to offer me the same deal for a second year. I paid line rental upfront. |

I was offered £10 a month for Infinity 1 or £17.50 for Infinity 2. 12 month contract. Plus line rental.
I'm coming to the end of my contract. No mention of BT Sport being included, though, which makes me suspicious. |

I joined BT last month. Infinity 1 £10pm line rental £17.99 and BT sport all channels on sky in HD for £5. That's on a 12 month contract new customer. I currently get 38mbps on wireless connection not sure if it will go faster as I have no email about speeds.

The offer in the email link and the offerers under 'my bt' are different.

Was already on an offer till next January, but got the offer for £10 for 12 months which was a couple of pounds cheaper so took it. As others have said, it was silent on BT Sport so I'm hoping it doesn't change the 50% (£2.50) discount I already have on that. |
