3 saved voicemail
My dad is on the 3 network & earlier we wanted to listed to a voicemail he'd saved today. My dad is 100% sure he saved the voicemail, but when I go to voicemail it tells me that there is no new voicemail & gives me other options, none of which are to listen to the saved voicemail. He did get a text saying there is going to be planned maintenance this week. But I don't see how that would effect voicemail.

OP - I don't know if the saved message will still be there now as your post was a few days ago, but as the voicemail system says: "to listen to your messages, press 1". That includes saved ones.

Read your post again. There is no question there at all.
I also don't need to read the OP's post again as I think that it is pretty clear what he is asking regardless of whether there is a clear question there or not. |

Personally I can't tell whether the OP is asking how to access saved voicemail; whether anyone can confirm if the maintenance work has caused an error resulting in the loss of saved voicemail; opinions on whether it's worth contacting Three to make a complaint/try to retrieve the voicemail etc etc. It seems to be very sensible and constructive to ask the OP to clarify what they mean. |

Is it?

Maybe it is just you and the other poster. |
