My dad is on the 3 network & earlier we wanted to listed to a voicemail he'd saved today. My dad is 100% sure he saved the voicemail, but when I go to voicemail it tells me that there is no new voicemail & gives me other options, none of which are to listen to the saved voicemail. He did get a text saying there is going to be planned maintenance this week. But I don't see how that would effect voicemail.

What's your question?

OP - I don't know if the saved message will still be there now as your post was a few days ago, but as the voicemail system says: "to listen to your messages, press 1". That includes saved ones.

Read your post again. There is no question there at all.

I don't need to read my post again.

I also don't need to read the OP's post again as I think that it is pretty clear what he is asking regardless of whether there is a clear question there or not.

Is it?

Personally I can't tell whether the OP is asking how to access saved voicemail; whether anyone can confirm if the maintenance work has caused an error resulting in the loss of saved voicemail; opinions on whether it's worth contacting Three to make a complaint/try to retrieve the voicemail etc etc.

It seems to be very sensible and constructive to ask the OP to clarify what they mean.

Granted, the OP hasn't particularly structured it very well, nevertheless, it's not rocket science.

Maybe it is just you and the other poster.
