Ordered direct from Google when it was announced. I went for the 64GB model, but you can add more storage via USB-C if you go for the 32GB model. However, it's a clunky solution and not really recommended IMO.
Oh you bought it when it first came out, so it was around £450? I'd probably get the 32GB as I think that will be enough for me. I've survived with 16GB on this iPhone for over a year which has been difficult, so anything higher than that is great!

I'm still looking for to buy it for under £300, I found some websites but it's always dodgy ordering online.

I see the Moto X Play is £209 direct from Motorola, using codes SPRING16 and UKWELCOME10 in the checkout section. While it's not a top end phone it's not bad, has near stock Marshmallow Android with likely future updates and has a potential 2 day battery. Very pleased with mine.
I've had the X Play for 6 months and I'm very happy with it for a mid-range phone. The camera isn't great in low light but the battery life is fantastic and I can easily get 2 full days out of it with moderate usage. I just got the Marshmallow 6.0.1 update a few days ago. The stock memory is only 16GB but adding 32 or 64GB is very cheap.
