Do people really dwell on things in real life like they do in soaps
So in a soap if someone (who inst a villain) has done something bad like cheat on their partner or something , or other examples, they will dwell on it and beat themselves up over it , do people in real life do that as much do you think? i know some people who do horrid ( yet not evil ) things and dont bat an eyelid

I do, but it' s not always healthy to do so - it depends how far you take it. I think they don' t dwell enough in soaps

I do. I have never had anyone cheat on me,but I do dwell and hold grudges against those who betray me. In fact some so called best friends left me with no confidence and now I don't go out often amd afraid of similar people coming into my life. I will not be letting that go should I ever see them again. I don't see why I should either after years of no confidence or courage, made to leave college and very few friends because I was getting bad with depression.
Cheating, i'd probably get over after a few months. As compared to above, that's nothing. |

If say if anything, soaps tend to not dwell on things as much as people do in real life!
