Any kid acts ever received an X or be told they can't go through?

Adult performers get booed, the X's and told goodbye....

Can anyone recall a child act getting booted off the show during auditions??

I think I can recall a time when they did it at least once but not in recent series

That awful child comedian from last week should have been buzzed off within seconds. Instead we have the judges laughing away which is ridiculous

They wouldn't put them through to this stage of auditions if they were intending to buzz them it would just be cruel.

They don't show any of the kids who are crap, because they'd then be bullied at school and BGT would get the blame. Every time you see a kid walk on stage you know they will get through, it's dull.

There were 3 dreadful teen girls a few years back who thought they could outsell the Spice Girls and had so much 'attitude'. I don't know exactly how old they were (16, 17?) but they were truly appalling!

Oh yes - didn't they get through to the semi finals week, then get buzzed off? They were awful.

The Singing Trolls, I mean Dolls lol. To be fair it was only the main ringleader who was rude and had attitude, the other two were meek and mild and obviously pushed around by her.

I know it's O/T but i saw a clip of an early Jeremy Kyle on Youtube the other day and was shocked to see a young 12 year old boy on there! (And it wasn't one of those special shows about children with disabilities, he was on there about his bad behaviour)

There was another girl (about 8years old?) who got through possibly to the semi-finals, but then forgot her words or something and started crying. Simon let her have another go, but she didn't get any further. It caused a predictable furore in the tabloids which decided the girl would be traumatised by the experience...

Hollie Steele. From memory, she got through to the final with a public sympathy vote.

Bang on. They might say the kid has to improve but no individual kid is kicked out at the TV audition stage as far as I remember. They can get kicked out at the BGT boot camp though which they introduced some time back.

I seem to recall in one series Alesha being booed by the audience for buzzing a kid?

Though it probably didn't even happen and my memory is playing up.

In a way though, he didn't get fully rejected. Simon suggested that he come to the show in another city and perform as a comedian. I seriously doubt that an adult would have been given a second chance at doing a different kind of act.

Yes she did it was a boy dancing

Alesha was right to buzz that boy dancer as he wasn't very good. There's nothing wrong with buzzing a kid if they are not very good - they have to learn to deal with rejection if they want to be in the entertainment business, and many will face knockbacks in reality.

We only get to see a small percentage of the acts that audition.

My mums friends son auditioned dancing in 2008 or2009 when he was 10, the two other judges out him through however Simon said he didn't like the act and said no
