Sister Act

Just like Alesha demanded before they came on stage. It's like she already know...

Just fun, dancing etc.

Not liking their singing or their style is one thing. That's quite proper and everyone's prerogative. Drawing conclusions about what kind of people they are out of what we saw? Ludicrous. Oh, nobody can stop you from doing so, but something built on that little is just a fantasy, so I'm going to react to it that way.”

How is commenting on someone's persona getting ugly quick.

What a load of nonsense and ott crap

You don't have a clue what she's like either.

And neither do you I am afraid, so it was a ridiculous comment to come out with.

I'm not going to presume the lead singer is this, that or whatever, from one performance, but she came across fine and the choir was really good, although I have to say it did seem a tad hectic. I like choirs and look forward to seeing them again as I can see them giving an even more spectacular performance. I don't think we've seen anything yet.

Over 420k views on You Tube in just over two days. The most of any of last weekends acts.

Although the Choir were good and uplifting I still say Another Kind of Blue should have gotten the Golden Buzzer instead. You can see a choir act any day of the week, but Another Kind of Blue were totally original and beautiful, which is what the winning act should be.

It's cost itv £130,000 for them to appear on the show lol

Somehow they will need repaying. These are the winners. They won't pay out this much if they don't really need to.

Ridiculous situation. They shouldn't pay that much for a foreign act. They've effectively been hired.

They shouldn't pay that much for an act full stop. Perhaps the god botherers should get their churches to fund them for the flights for their preaching.

That IS pretty crazy. I wonder if the producers will change the rules for ensemble acts, ie. no more than 10 people will have their expenses covered.

ITV know that it is money well spent at the end of the day.

if there spending that money on them, surely whats the point in other acts winning, when they have spent it on them going thru. They need to get a return back surely.
They all ready have sell out tours lol. so when they win and if they do win, simon will have a cut of it haha, there in a big hole now lol

Loved their performance last night, and thought they were by far the best act of the evening.

This was on another thread....not my words.

''I wondered how policemen, secretaries etc. could afford to fly to Paris to rehearse and discovered their website.

http://www.gospelpour100voix.com/english/spectacle.php

"More than 200,000 albums sold, 5 performances in the Palais Omnisports Paris Bercy, 9 performances in the Palais des Sports, more than 350 tour dates , and over 1,000,000 fans..."
"...The artists of "The 100 Voices of Gospel" are among the best Gospel singers in the world..''

Me again, not sure if that is entirely fair for a professional group to be on a talent show.

The selection process took several months and included auditions for vocal and dancing ability''

Last night they livened up what was an otherwise a dull show, glad they won the top vote, well and truly deserved.

I don't get it at all. Thinking back to all the winners I don't think there has been a professional group who got the top spot. There were two dog ladies, Susan Boyle, Paul Potts, Collabro, George somebody the dancer, a dance group who's name I can't remember but nobody who has sold albums and had sell out concerts.
I did not like them much anyway, cannot see the appeal of a load of people singing gospel type songs and waving their hands about..

There's too many of them. It would cost a fortune ferrying them around for gigs. End of. Money is what matters, so no they aren't what the brand is looking for.

Cant agree with you what so ever. They are incredibly talented which is why they received the most votes last night. Just a cut above the rest of the acts on last nights show, and tonights as well.

Lead singer too shouty for me. If it was a swaying about and clapping hands competition then by far the winners.
