Adam, once again you smashed it! I was thinking you would be an early exit last week, but tonight you completely turned everything around! If Janine is the favourite, you're the dark horse.

Adam! Honestly this was one odd song choice for you, but I found it funny that it worked! Out of all categories, the Boys were a revelation tonight. You brought it, Adam. It's hard to be critical on something there's nothing to criticize about, it was absolutely amazing.

I know, I know it already Jax, you'll get some comments saying that was "predictable" because that is an Avril Lavigne song, so what if that song choice was actually predictable, it's just week 1 of the Live shows, sometime in the future, we'll take some risk but with this it's just wonderful, well done.

Lyric! Vocally, it was an awesome performance. But Lyric, I seem lost in the direction on where Steve is taking you. Honestly, I can't see a clear direction on what kind of artist you're mentor is making yoy. Though it's nearly working, you're getting there.

Jordan Smith! You were Jacka's fast pass on the Playoffs. I found the Boys category suprisingly strong tonight however the night wasn't for you, honestly you would do well if you were given the song Adam got. I hope the public gives you a chance because you're talented and potentially great.

Ah, the A team, you blew me away. It was so calm and minimalist, but that's exactly what made it spectacular. Your voices harmonised so well on this track, and it gave me goosebumps. Amazing, hope you're safe this week!

Andi & Alex! You were the best of the Groups category for this night. I gave some criticisms on both groups (except Restless Road), if your mentor would still be able to keep all four of you for another weel, I suggest think over the songs, don't make rush decision. But for you girls, well done!
