She was talking on Radio 2 about Cats the Musical, and her current music ventures. Then was asked about X Factor!
She said there are several people in talks, but yes she is one of them. Nicole went onto say she has worked with Louis, Sharon and Simon, and enjoyed it before, so if she joined those three she would enjoy it! She also explained Rita had a very current outlook on music, as she is recording, writing and performing right now.
If the panel was Louis Sharon and Simon, with someone else, she explained that is good. These 3 are managers, they have managed some amazing talent and know stars, and what makes people stars, both commercially and in the long run. They aren;t afraid to state the truth, or sugar coat things. Sharon has worked on talent shows for many years, both here and in the states, so knows the worlds best talent. She talked alot about sharon! She said when she was on the US show, the pressure was different and explained in ways she was intimated by Simon, but on the UK show, she grew as a judge and as a judge of talent, and feels now she can take him on, and WIN!
Nicole explained she loved the intimacy of the room auditions, and glad that is back, as allows the contestant to be at their most raw, and then seem them grow throughout the competition.
However she stated no contract was signed, but she said she would love to be back with the x factor family.
