Enjoyed her performance this evening, and deserved to go through.

Yes but I couldn't see why the judges thought they had discovered the next Leona Lewis. She was good but not spectacular

I much prefer Susan Boyle's version.

I normally hate dance acts but by far my favourite act this year

Voice like a foghorn and needs to ditch the ankle socks. Not impressed.

The ankle socks were odd - she should have gone with tights or stockings and heels.

As for the voice, I felt it was OK, but nothing special. I wasn't keen on the song choice either - it did nothing for her voice.

He singing was fine but not that much better than the girl before.

I actually didn't find it anymore special than the lady before her. Had NO idea what the judges were on about.

I didn't mind her but nothing spectacular

Thought the blonde lady before her was the better singer (and much prettier too) - just had the wrong song on the night. But then she wasn't bugged up as being a great undiscovered talent working as a cleaner was she......

Didn't actually think Kathleen was all that - would have a great career as a Sarah Brightman lookalike though.

But wearing that white socks definitely worth it! She was good and holds a tune.

She wont be winning with this forum then. No surprise there tbh. Overwhelmingly popular on You tube already though. This forum is so out of touch with everything in general.
Yeah yeah yeah

I presume the ankle socks so that the next time we see her she will be in shimmery tights and killler heels . And then we all go WOW

I thought both Welsh singers were good, but the blonde woman's nerves affected her singing, unfortunately. I felt the judges could have taken that into account.

But popularity on YouTube isn't really indicative of taste, it's sheep wanting to see what's popular.

She was an okay singer but the girl before her was better.

Yep! The blonde lass that got rejected showed more passion than Kathleen did. However, she wasn't THAT good of a singer though. Kathleen's a good singer, but she lacked passion in her performance though.

I preferred her to Leona Lewis all the same.

I think Leona was/is a better singer than Kathleen is. Leona showed more passion when she sang on The X Factor. People have different likes and I would prefer Leona's singing over Kathleen's.

I don't think I have ever seen/heard Leona showing passion. You're right, though, people do have different tastes, and I know a lot of people would agree with you on Leona. I certainly wouldn't say she can't sing, but I just don't like that kind of singing, especially the really high-pitched stuff.
