Do Sainsburys think it was a good idea to get Corden singing for 3 and a half minutes on their advert( the song sounds just like that Peter Kay one from a few years ago, over and over and over.......)? having seen most xmas ads I think that it it the worst, oh they have fallen since last year.

I agree with that too!

I hate all the twisting of English language just to be different. First we had that dreadful AQI, then we got the croaky throat/blocked nose voice, then it was an emphasis on the letter(s) in the middle of a word: bottle, garden, carton, etc. ...and drat it all, we now get the invisible, inaudible 'T'!
First time I heard it (or noticed it) was on an ad ...I think about IT or similar, and a girl said 'Did you know you can pin a Twee' on your Twi''er page'!

I can only hope that teachers don't use any of those dreadful speech 'affectations'!

There's currently an ad playing for some recruitment site - Zook, Zoek or something like that.

If you can imagine the shite, amateur adverts the contestants on The Apprentice think up every week then you've got this advert. Utter bollocks.

The Sainsbury ad song is awful. I can't imagine how many people listened to it before it made it onto tv but I find it hard to believe that not one of them realised how bad it was.
