The John Paul Gaultier perfume ad., where the female pats the bloke's backside at the end. Imagine the uproar if it was the other way round.
Thought exactly the same when I saw it. If it was the other way round, feminists would be in uproar about the "sexual assault".

I've often wondered what became of the lip syncing Gerry Adams/Martin McGuinness voice actors, such skill
I always remember the old steve wright in the afternoon radio sketch on the first day we were actually allowed to hear Gerry Adams voice. There was an interviewer asking GA a question, holds the microphone to GA and then he starts speaking and sounds like one of the clangers made me laugh anyway.

I wish someone would get that poor woman something decent to wear (the brain damaged, paralysed woman on the settee in the credit score checking advert). Poor lady is wearing such a mismatched jumble of stuff I feel like donating something to her.

yeah but it's fun isn't it, remember "You may get your face smacked, but if you only score one time out of 20, isn't worth it?"

Are women so gullible to be taken in by adverts.

Garnier Micellar cleansing water !!!! is one of the latest.

What is wrong with soap & water from the tap
Oddly I hear that as missles.

So can't help thinking it should be aimed at a certain type of alpha male wannabe - Real Men Clean Their Faces With Missles!

Soap and water makes my skin dry and flaky. Garnier Micellar Water doesn't!

I can only assume that the reason why no-one could bring themselves to tell that annoying little brat (s)he can't sing is because said annoying little brat is closely related to the owners of Smyths Toys.

What I don't get is why the hell Beyoncé gave permission for the song to be used, does she need the royalties that bad?

I don't think that one is deodorant, it's body spray.

I think it's the Iceland advert with Santa and his wife, both are very very annoying.

Also Foxy bingo with the dancers who can't keep in time with each other

Cash cows milk every penny. The royalties will be minute but the song in peoples heads will be worth more when they go out and buy/stream the original, plus Beyonce doesn't write her own songs, so she may not hold the rights anyway, it will be whoever wrote it, Jay-Z or whoever.

My latest nomination goes to Helen Mirren in the Budweiser (?) ads where she's telling off potential drink drivers for being pillocks.

As if anyone who wants to drink drive will listen to Helen Mirren's little telling off.

Another who will do anything for a couple of quid.

Who narrates that currys pc world Christmas advert? The one with the nativity and the Bose headphones. My dad reckons it's jo brand but I don't think it is
Voice is far too young for Jo Brand. It sounds like a female that narrates for Box Plus, but I forget her name. Sarah somebody. Sarah Powell maybe.

Always: Woman DJ “As a woman I can either step aside or step up the game”… cos only women can do this, obviously... and as for her “defying expectations”, if the backing music is anything to go by, let’s just say her set sounds like something knocked up on a 20 year old PC.
Yet another female empowerment ad that just oozes cringe and if the backing music is her music, it's no wonder i've never heard of her, although with todays music, i'm not sure that makes a difference.

Lidl and that daft woman looking for imprisoned turkeys. The way he treats her with utter contempt at the start then inviting her to a party is bizarre.
Did it hinge on whether she thought his farm was a prison?

On all the bloody time as well. Thought all the turkeys would be dead by now!

Interestingly enough I can't bring it to mind. I cannot separate it from all the other inane drivel that they call advertising... give us a clue

Im sure its been mentioned but I cant stand the Toys R Us advert with the hidjab wearing muslim women singing with gusto. Could'nt be anymore "obvious" if they tried. Yes we get it Toys R Us......we get it.

It's always funny when peoples outrage reveal their unpleasant attitudes.
