Oh god Park Hampers have started their christmas campaign
It's still September for f***s sake
That's not bad - they'll start advertising to save for Christmas 2017 before we have Christmas 2016.

There's a trailer on the drama channel that shows Dennis Waterman's finest performance - he's saying how on New Tricks people come up to him and say " you clearly love working together " with a montage of amanda redman toasting everyone - who's it aimed at - fans of new tricks ? with the ex - alcoholic Brian played by alun armstrong .
And i don't believe any one has actually said this to dennis .

I hate the Jack Whitehall ads. So unfunny.
Agree. Can't stand the little show-off. And doesn't he look too big for that pony?

I hate this and couldn't believe what I was watching. I found it so offensive it was painful.

The latest Boots ad banging an about women wanting to change their look. It'll take more than a bit of make up, did they hire those girls from the Ugly Agency?

Hankook tyres - a short ad but a lot of it is taken up plugging the Real Madrid football team and how Hankook 'supply' the Real Madrid football team. I get how sponsorship works, but Real Madrid's football team aren't 'really' relevant to a British audience.
Yeah, I wouldn't recommend saying that out loud of a night in Cardiff! Just saying!

I saw one on a bus stop for Oasis drink: , "It’s summer. You’re thirsty. We’ve got sales targets."
Now that's my kind of ad. Honest, unpretentious and to the point.

My latest most hated ad.

Exactly! It would take more than a measly £100 for me to swap banks. 5 grand, and we can start talking........
I presume you mean the piss-poor Halifax ad. with the Flintstones and the bloke in that ill-fitting suit?

If you read the small print, they switch you to an account (Ultimate Rewards, I think) which costs £15 per month. So in 6 months this pathetic bribe has been recouped.

What would entice people is if any of the corrupt, thieving banks actually paid any interest.

It was 24C in my flat at 1am this morning (and no I didn't have the heating on!) and the sun was pouring rays upon the good Earth from its first rising. It's certainly Indian Summer if not the real thing (which as I recall was for the most part considerably cooler!) Pretty sure that most of us have imbibed a 'summer drink' in the dead of winter anyway!

Well it's designed to give you the same uncomfortable feeling as the family in the ad increasing your longing for a nice relaxing drive to get away from it. It seems to be working on you so you really gotta think it was a pretty good idea!

The SCS sofa ads. The girl in them is really annoying. She's far too chippy, it's sofas not the meaning of life.

Purple Bricks - if the adverts are a reflection of the company there's no way I'd employ them

I know it's here before but when I forget to mute the fat blokes I have to scream so I don't hear it. Has sales gone up? Probably, not from me.
