Probably wouldn't count as the WORST, but Slater & Gordon Lawyers and Medifacts NiQuitin both have creepy music.

Just seen an advert for ESpirt? Skiing resorts.
The woman with a 6 month old baby sat on her knee "she just loves the child care facilities, when I ask her if she wants to see the other little boys and girls, she replies 'yes, yes, yes, please" Lady you should take your 6 month old child to MENSA not the crèche. |

Dunno whether it's been mentioned, but that GODAWFUL advert for Grattan with the mummy and daughter, (aged 55 ish and about 22!) It's awful!!
As if they'd be doing everything together; doing each other's hair, going for lunch and coffees together, getting dressed together in similar outfits, going out clubbing together yada yada. I don't know a single mother-daughter relationship, even the ones that are pretty good ones, where the mother and daughter spend all their hours together like inseparable bezzies. Very weird. Dunno who invented the idea for THIS ad, but you can bet they don't have a mother-daughter relationship in their life, and they are just guessing (badly!) what it's like. |

Also hate that ads with the 'meaningful poetry' that's meant to tug at your heart strings, but just makes me reach for the mute button. Not sure what it's for... |

Must have been mentioned here before, but there are only so many hours in a day!
The one where the navvies and the high heeled office blokes meet for some sort of competition .. I think it's Go Compare or Money Market or some such. Anyway, it's totally gross! |

Bonmarche have cut their ad to the end .... and so it should have
I can imagine they had a lot of complaints about abusing men. Imagine if it was an ad where woman were getting hit around the face and head! |

The J D Williams advert with Lorraine Kelly swanning about wearing clothes that she would not wear in real life and hanging about with women who are not her friends

I refuse to buy from food shops that have the Just Eat sticker in their window, because their ads are so disgusting, as I have actually told my local pizza shop

I always phone up takeaways. I have that thought that if I just 'tap the app', if it doesn't arrive, it's not something you can just wait a few more days if a shop screws up an order with, say, a TV.

I prefer to phone up to speak to someone and also because I prefer to pay cash on delivery rather than by card before you get the food.

If you'd made it clear I wouldn't have had to ask, would I? You could just as easily have approved of the things you described as disapproved!
Men have been treated as milksops and punching bags in ads for decades. Anyone remember 'course you can, Malcolm'? Evidently the ASA has a special interpretation of its own rules reserved for this kind of ad. C'est la vie (you'll notice it's a feminine noun!) The latest one is the Aviva Pensions one. They do a makeover on a young woman and a young man to make them look old to see how their pensions affect them in the future. The young/old woman's advert is in full colour, in a lush apartment with over £500 a week to look forward to in her old age. The young/old mans advert is practically in black and white and has him living in what looks like a downtrodden apartment, surviving on about £150 a week. She goes out in a posh car while he rides a broken down old pushbike. Why didn't they reverse it so the man is better off and the woman is living on £150 odd pounds a week. And does anyone remember those adverts for some posh hotel getaway where the wife was forever saying "Colin" to her beleaguered husband. And before anyone asks I'm female and I think these type of adverts are a bit sexist

I do feel wrong saying it but the Malteaser ad with the woman in the wheelchair.
I don't mean it hatefully. The sign language version is great and I believe we could all learn sign language as part of our schooling. I tried to take classes but so few turned up they cancelled the course. Sorry, I've digressed. |

Kinder Egg now with less Cocoa and more milk, now THAT'S advertising, making a virtue out of putting in less of the expensive ingredients and more of the cheap one and THEN making THAT a selling point, sheer genius.
Cocoa powder currently £2'792/Tonne Skimmed Milk (To which they will add water, which will bring down the cost even more) £2'000/Tonne What next ready mixed Whiskey and Soda with reduced Whiskey and increased Soda |

When it first ran they played it without subtitles at the beginning of a break and then with subtitles at the end of the same break. It's hilarious and almost obviates the need for any knowledge of sign language! |

I quite understand your reticence but, also at the risk of being labelled, I have to agree that it's not at all a nice ad.
