Who was the 'celebrity female figure of trust' who had an injunction granted last May over an affair with a 'very high profile married lover'

Trusted is a strange one to use, you think politician's but celebrity is used. Newsreader, talk show host?

I think of the strictly participant and ex bbc morning presenter. Did she split with her husband last year and famously flirted in an interview with golden balls?
Did anyone have any idea on the above?

The new Batman's ex who he still lives with.
Is she considered "mostly" tv though?

More people probably remember her from Alias and Felicity. I probably couldn't name 5 of her movies.

She was very rom-com and hasn't done TV since Alias. Since she married after meeting husband 2 in Daredevil it was movies all the way.

What?? They still live together?? Colour me surprised but the story checks out
Friday Night's entertainment shows in the US were speculating as to whether they're getting back together. They've recently been attending a lot of events together

I'd hope not. That blonde has been hiding her own little secret for almost four years.

Actually it's a huuuuge secret.
Any clues please

Re. The injunction actor.

As others have commented up thread, there's an element of the Great British Public who either don't care or regard the matter as private.

The way the actor has continually been reported over several years now makes me think that he's a "victim" of payback from a number of journalists he's upset in the past, hence the constant hinting in the papers.

Leaving out the lurid details of the encounter, I can think of at least a couple of other misbehaving "family men" whose similar behaviour is an open secret but remains unreported.

This celebrity has seriously pissed of the members of the press.

I think you're quite right in that the good people of Chichester could care less.

However, sometime in the very near future it's going to be front-page news when it all comes out in Britain. Is the producer of the play going to think that the adverse news will affect the performance/reputation/takings? Only time will tell.

BTW did anyone read TMS on page 11 of The Times today? Someone is bursting to be able to say "I dropped you all a hint" in the future
I'm from Chichester and I'm OUTRAGED and DEVASTATED by the whole thing.

DEVASTATED.

Not really....but I am from Chichester. Most people here don't know who he is because Downton and Notting Hill are beneath them

Nah he is being taunted for gagging them a few years ago. Fact is now that the high profile show he was in has ended the impact of the story for the tabloids is less. Also as it's common knowledge amongst those who care about such lurid stuff that they can't make much money out of it. Sour grapes. I laughed that he doesn't appear to give a chit and his marriage seems to have survived. Bad luck tabloids.

From CDAN:

It's interesting how this director talks about bulling when he enabled bulling on the set of a recent film. He let the big stars do and act however they wanted to everyone else on the set.

Is it right the courts can threaten someone with jail for telling the truth / their side of the story, just because some who is powerful, has money, or Both, can buy privacy at the courts.
I think it is quite correct, yes. It shouldn't even be a case of them 'buying privacy', but this is a scenario where privacy should be a given.

Do you believe it would be fair game for your doctor or bank manager to 'tell their side of the story' about your personal business, just because it might provide some prurient amusement to others ? This prostitute business is no different at all...

Excellent argument.
Nice one.

I don't know how anyone could counter that, so I'll be interested in following this up.

Isn't this the May 2015 breakdown of the relationship between Inbetweener and Politician ?

I believe Politician took injunction out to stop Inbetweener publishing details of her relationship

I believe it refers to the single lady who stood for leader of the opposition party last year.

Sorry yes the multii-quote didn't work, I was referring to

I don't think it was known or guessed who the high profile married lover was

That makes sense. He seems so obsessed with one of his stars in particular. It's a shame to hear she might bully anyone though.

The one that left that show on Saturday Night was rumoured to bully people below her back then too. So that's no surprise.

Unless you are talking about Spy, then yes that would be sad.
