There are a few other smaller names in the film but I'd say those two mentioned earlier are the biggest names to warrant the blind.....unless it is all about the 'dumb' reference in which case I've seen dodge ball way too many times to spot the reference!!

I agree with the guess, but it seems to be made up on the basis of them being a bit cuddly at the premier of their show, and not much else. They clearly get on very well but I doubt he's being pervy judging by her reaction to him. They just look like good friends, hamming it up for the Red Carpet.

You have Mila Kunis, saying that she had had issues in the past with male producers automatically assuming she would pose half naked for a publicity shot, maybe whoever this actress is, had an issue with the kissing scene, and it might have absolutely nothing to do with the mans skin tone at all?

Exactly, could easily be about a nude scene she didn't think was necessary in fact that is a more likely reason.
