From CDAN:

Kindness Blind

This B- mostly television actress wife of an A+ mostly movie actor did something very sweet. Two women were ahead of her in line at a toy store and were paying with cash. They were digging around in their purses and wallets because they were like $2 short on about a $200 purchase. Our actress pulled out a credit card and insisted she pay for the whole thing. Not just the $2. The entire purchase.
My initial instinct is a blonde, former spoof movie star who currently plays a Daughter on TV. Her husband went from Swings & Roundabouts to dinosaurs and raccoons in space. He is known to be very generous when it comes to handing out toys. Wouldn't be surprised if she follows suit.

Is she mostly TV though? Other than her daughter role she seems to be mostly film.

I think it is quite correct, yes. It shouldn't even be a case of them 'buying privacy', but this is a scenario where privacy should be a given.

Do you believe it would be fair game for your doctor or bank manager to 'tell their side of the story' about your personal business, just because it might provide some prurient amusement to others ? This prostitute business is no different at all...
I couldn't agree more. If he wanted to get laid he could have just gone on twitter. Surely you see a professional sex worker because you expect anonymity is a given. I'm sure his whole family know now, last thing they want is this dragged up again. Most standard employment contracts have a clause that state that whatever you see/hear/do at work is to remain private.

I can see the difference for say a politician that relies on their "family" image, or perhaps someone who has repeated voted against same sex marriages citing "family values" but this is completely different.

Exactly , businesses have to maintain client confidentiality and if we all went off to papers with private details we would soon be in court being sued or in some cases even arrested and charged . The problem is the sex industry is not regulated and as well as health and safety this another reason why it should be , having said that there will be times when it is in the public interest such as when a government minister is acting in a manner that is not fitting his position and could be discussing matters of secrecy, not only in the public interest but also in the interest of the law.

I understand that medical doctors pledge the Hippocratic Oath and Bank Managers take an oath of confidentiality that duty bounds them not to disclose information pertaining to clients.

I'm not aware that prostitutes/ sex workers are bound by the same moral code. It's not at all comparable imo.

As you say, it's a moral code, that's different to a legally binding one. And isn't it just human decency and not going after quick cash? Mind you, Helen Wood has done nothing but prove she's a money grabbing-celeb hungry fool. She could have used her position to speak out for the conditions of sex workers and sex-positivity, but no, all she wants is to appear on celeb TV and talk about the very intimate (and unnecessary) details of her work. Belle De Jour she ain't!

From Mr. X:

Nothing like flying out the beard to join this A- list heartthrob mostly movie actor from a franchise. She was flown out from LA because there were too many photos being taken of our actor and his boyfriend. Not that anyone really knew it.

I'm thinking Superman, based on the "flying" part?

I'm going with him too, he was already in that weird PR relationship with Big Bang theory.

Google him and the words Lucky, Blue, Smith. That smug look on his face in a couple of pictures is kind of gross. Not that it proves anything, but still...

Very true. However famous or just a regular person, who you leave with will always get people talking.

From CDAN:

This B+ list mostly movie actress who is a celebrity offspring thought that after her monster hit from last year that people would be throwing offers at her left and right. They were, until they saw she had gained some weight. Then, all of a sudden all the offers all disappeared expect for some off camera work. There is even talk she might be written out of the next installment of the monster hit. Hollywood sucks. She is great.

^ The daughter of a movie director who also had happy days as an actor? The 'monster' hit being the one with lots of dinosaurs.

I can't see how she could be written out of the franchise- given it's all about her, although if it's a way of stopping it then Eat up!

She had a baby put on weight lost it for the movie, then put some on. A lot of bitchy comments about her, in tabs etc. She did come out and own it, saying her husband loved her and she was happy the way she is.

Yep. She got a lot of flack for not losing her weight 'fast enough' after having a baby. So many actresses say how they were told to lose weight by casting directors, when they already were thin. Katniss being one of them.
