I give people a pass for some level of bad behaviour in hospitals & airplanes as they are high stress environments. I also feel the story lacks detail there are lots of legit reasons for him throwing his weight around- for example it's really likely his appointment was running late and if he's filming then him being late can affect 100s of jobs.

I agree. Also, anyone would try to throw their weight around and get ahead of lines, if they were losing their hearing. That is scary, and anyone leaking thus blind from A&E is a bit of a scum, IMO.

I read on another website that some of her (very well established, very highly regarded) costars found her really difficult to work with, which surprised me. Her performance looks awful just from the trailers, so she would seem to fit.
