'Tell his side of the story' implies that the person who sold the story was responding to a story in the press and he wanted to correct some false reports. In these cases I agree that people should be able to talk to the press without the threat of jail. However, in this particular injunction this is not what happened. This story was not in the public domain and never would have been as the rocketman and his husband would not have told anyone. Therefore there was nothing to defend, respond to or put right. The only reason this story is out there is because the man wanted money and attention.

The actor who is in the court case is an actor AND director apparently & has been in British films, (which the Bruv has) but the Bruv hasn't directed anything so that's a non starter.
Plus he's been in a long term relationship & I suspect a 40yr old partner might be a little old for him,. So I think it's not him.
