“Apparently when your boss lets you know that he finds a woman attractive, then it is in your best interest to not let your boss catch you sleeping with the woman he finds attractive. Here is the deal. You have this former A list network reality star. A+ list name recognition. Seriously, your grandmother knows who this guy is. No tabloid reading necessary. Anyway, our former reality star has a bit of an ego problem. OK, a big ego problem. He likes surrounding himself with attractive women. Our former reality star is married. Now, a little thing like marriage is not going to stop him from visiting other ports if you get my drift. It never has in the past. Ever and he has been down the marriage road a few times. Anyway, even if he is not planning on sleeping with someone who works for him, he might end up sleeping with them. He likes to keep all his options open. He also likes to consider himself the very top of the food chain. So, if one of his lesser employees sleeps with a woman he has on standby or maybe in the future would sleep with, he thinks it makes him look bad. They should only want to sleep with the boss and no one else. He has a very clear rule. Don’t sleep with any of the women that work for him if you also work for him. They are off limits. Even if he never has sex with them, he might and doesn’t want them to have had anyone else in the company other than him. Why? Ego. All of his top female employees are single and attractive just in case. So, what happens when he finds out one of the women he is keeping on standby is having sex with someone he feels is his inferior? He fires the guy. Just out and out fires him and the guy knows why he was fired. He crossed a no go. The guy wanted the woman to come with him. To leave the employ of our former reality star. She said no. She might get fired, but she is not going to quit. What will happen with her is she will get pushed out. In the eyes of the former reality star, she is damaged goods. Yep, goods. That is how he thinks of women who work for him. It won’t be right away and he will probably get her another job, but because she dared have sex with someone other than the boss, she is gone. Even if she never was going to have sex with the boss, he believes they should stay ready. He thinks every woman lusts after him and they are simply waiting for him to point in their direction and they will come running. She violated that.”

Terrifying thought - this "man" could be in charge of The Big Red Button come November.

Thank you.

I did think of him but he was famous long before his RTV days so dismissed him.

Who's asking what this week?

Which pair of celeb friends
act as each other's wingmen
out on the pull at Hollywood
Hills parties – always ready
to provide a good alibi for
the other's wife?

Which journalist likes being
painted as a Native American
warrior with a lady’s...
erm... monthly 'warpaint'?

I wonder who this could possibly be about?

From CDAN:

To capture as much attention as possible, this A+ list singer plans on getting engaged a few days before her actor boyfriend hits the Emmy red carpet. It will be their first appearance after the engagement.

Hiddleswift!

Now i don't know if this is going to happen, but i honestly would NOT be surprised if it does! They're both taking the piss and everyone knows it.

That Blind about the Reality Star is repugnant.
And typical of him. Wouldn't put any of that as beyond him. His attitude to women, as well as other groups STINKS!
He strikes me as a psychopath, & a pretty thIck one at that.

Can't really be anyone else can it, especially with A+ name recognition?

Blind 1: Are 'wingmen' and/or 'alibi' possible clues? Alibi might suggest a cop show. Wingmen an air based drama...or am I over thinking it?

Blind 2: Is the journo also a broadcaster? Several prominent ones but can't imagine any of those getting off on that although I've seen it list as a porno fetish...

Barely a blind after the 'I really am in love!' statement. It's the obvious next step.

Pull the other one Conrad

''Murray claims he has the singer’s blessing to ‘set the record straight.’

‘This is the story of who Michael Jackson was. He wanted me to tell this story – now I am fulfilling his wish,’ Murray told The Mirror.

Murray, who was Jackson’s private physician for more than three years, also revealed that the singer was ‘betrayed’ by one of his close family members.''

Agreed. Surely noone apart from showbiz journos and members of the justice system would want to read this convicted liar's ramblings.

It'll likely cost a few hundred jobs with the stink it will make. It may even claim a couple of high level scalps. Similar to John Carter in impact.”

Going back to this one. It can't be a film that's been released yet...unless the blind is wrong. The space invader movie has already got twice its budget back. The ghoulish movie has gone down better than expected although has not been a box office triumph. The Spielberg epic has had very poor sales but was well rated by critics. All the other blockbusters have done ok this year. The only real biggie left that could be a gamble is the DC comics epic.

I think the expectation was that this would end up being the ghosts (Can we really not name a film? ) But it has done slightly better than that

I think we can name movies but it's fun trying to be cryptic!! But I think you're probably right. I think, excluding Star Wars, only Civil War and Bats v Supes matched it in marketing this year.

Most people assumed the Lord Greystoke film due to the John Carter reference but it has done better than expected. Perhaps cutting out the unconscious gay kiss due to bad test audience reactions paid off.

I see. Like the new Ghostbusters film, you could argue that this was another film we that didn't ask for or particularly want!

Ghosts is going to lose money before it closes but not in a John Carpenter way. Tracking for Squad is big . I'm thinking it was supposed to be Ghosts but it isn't an epic fail as it appeared a few months ago

Tarzan will lose money still needing another $200M and only about 5 markets left

Now this has got me thinking: on Amazon or Netflix (can't remember which) there is a long series about pirates etc. I watched two episodes, but decided it wasn't really that good. The only name I remember from it is that the main character is the son of a well-known and well-respected Brit actor who was married to one of our Brit 'national treasures' and both were in that famous film about the pride of a Scottish school teacher by Muriel Spark.
Not saying the son is the chap involved, just that his is the only name I can remember - hint, think of a jug.

I suggest that clue would be pretty hard to trump.
