Henry VIII, last seen in Wolf Hall has been linked to the 007 role, although I can't think why his selection would cause great upset among the millions, if not Billions of 007 fans other than the fact he isn't Loki.

Prince Bolkonsky has some advantages - young enough to do the stunts and stuff. But he feels a bit obvious, a bit safe. I wish they would take a risk with one of these movies cast someone genuinely unexpected or different.

Suspicious betting patterns led the bookies to believe it's the man from the river channel that is in a very good mood. Linky if you're stuck.

There was a bit of a
![]() ![]() ![]() when it was know the producers were in talks with Billy Elliot. They loved him it seems. So I bet that one would cause a real sh*t storm! Billy Elliot is 007!

They might not go with Huston considering the epic failure Ben Hur looks to be.

I wonder if it's Vlad from Dracula Untold. He would fit the part.

You might be right about the man from the Boardwalk Empire. He'll be better known to an international audience. I should have checked the latest odds. Paddy Power have him at 2-1 favourite ahead of the Happy Valley guy and Poldark who are both at 9-4. Loki is 6-1 and I'm sure it's not him as his appointment wouldn't be seen as a shock.

So does Billy Elliot. How old are they wanting this Bond to be? 30 seems far too young. I can see why fans would be up in arms if this is the route they are taking it down.

Lacking perhaps the sophistication that would make him look at home in a Monte Carlo casino.

Rereading 'the role' blind and our discussions, to seriously annoy fans it would have to be an actor they know well (rather than a more obscure one) but do not consider to be at all right for the role. You know, someone like Ron Weasley or the Billy Elliot!!
How about the previous Doctor?!! |
