I'm 99.999999% certain that if its him to whom they are referring, its a load of bo**ox and b*llsh*t.

I loathe her but I cannot buy into her being into heavy drugs.

At the time of the 'malaria' she was supposedly overdosing on slimming pills and I can accept that but not into anything up the scale from that.

We're taking a trip to injunction junction for this blind item. This former A list singer won a talent show and won the hearts of the nation in the process, but a story claims the A list singer was already signed by the record label prior to even appearing on the show.

There must be some truth to it. Our A list singer obtained an injunction to prevent the story from surfacing.

Why would a former A list singer be on a talent show?

I read it as won the talent show and then became A list but isn't anymore. That's why I though it was bleeding love.

It is known that she sent off demo tracks to record labels a few years before she got on the show. Some assistant could of found that and Mr. High waisted trousers could have orchestrated the whole thing.

Although i don't think the blind means they went on the talent show after being A list. A number of former child stars/pop group members have gone on talent shows to try to reignite their careers eg curly sue, Liberty x, cleopatra (although I don't think any were really A-list, they were popular in their own time)

Only two singers who won a reality show fit that blind. Bleeding Love and Breakaway.

Bleeding Love is the only one of the two who could now be classed as former, unless Breakaway is classed as that? she still has success where as Bleeding Love doesn't.

It sounds like Bleeding Love because celeb injunctions are very much a UK thing.

Have to say if this is true then not only should there not be an injunction, Ofcom should be investigating because the show misled the public...not that it really matters to people.

That was my first thought, can't think of anyone else who would fit.

I'm convinced it's Bleeding Love. Not only was she a little TOO perfect from the beginning but she has a "secret" album she'd recorded not long before appearing on the show full of r 'n' b tunes. As much as I personally like her she is a massive flop in the music buisness these days. Only one of her singles from her last album even managed to chart and even then it still wasn't top 40, IIRC.

You mean she wasn't a waitress singing into her hairbrush in a back bedroom! It was the year I switched off XF. All those years ago. It was blatently obvious it was a set up. All the other contestants knew it. Sharon had one of her hissy fits and told one of her acts to pull out of show. How Simon managed to keep viewers believing the back stories for so long is the issue.

Same with dreamed a dream. All set up for the classic tv moment. Auto tune fully deployed. It's why her performances in live shows were off. That was her live and she didn't win!
