I'm convinced it's Bleeding Love. Not only was she a little TOO perfect from the beginning but she has a "secret" album she'd recorded not long before appearing on the show full of r 'n' b tunes. As much as I personally like her she is a massive flop in the music buisness these days. Only one of her singles from her last album even managed to chart and even then it still wasn't top 40, IIRC.
There's really no one else this blind fits even half as well. |

From The Gossip Life:
We're taking a trip to injunction junction for this blind item. This former A list singer won a talent show and won the hearts of the nation in the process, but a story claims the A list singer was already signed by the record label prior to even appearing on the show. There must be some truth to it. Our A list singer obtained an injunction to prevent the story from surfacing. |

My doubt about this story is getting an injunction to prevent a story about having a record deal before appearing on the show, how are you going to convince a judge that it's not in the public interest to reveal that information ?

Any ideas ????? A smartphone video is apparently being shopped around from a party at a TV chef's country house showing which hard-partying celebrity so off her face she decides she wants to shave her head, a la Britney in 2007? Thankfully her friends managed to talk her out of it. |

You mean she wasn't a waitress singing into her hairbrush in a back bedroom! It was the year I switched off XF. All those years ago. It was blatently obvious it was a set up. All the other contestants knew it. Sharon had one of her hissy fits and told one of her acts to pull out of show. How Simon managed to keep viewers believing the back stories for so long is the issue.
Same with dreamed a dream. All set up for the classic tv moment. Auto tune fully deployed. It's why her performances in live shows were off. That was her live and she didn't win! When it came ot the Dreamed A Dream set up it was particularly annoying because there has never been a more set up moment so obvious in anything ever. From the start when she came on with the funny little dance and the "ugly duckling" angle, it was all such massive BS. I feel insulted just thinking about it but if you do anything other than "squee" shamelessly about what an amazing moment of telly it was you are looked down on! Bizarre! |

Absolutely, Aurora. I still watch the show sometimes but I accepted a long, long time ago how fake it was. It frustrates me how clueless most of the general public are when it comes to these shows and how they are willing to be manipulated just for some cheap emotional graficiation.

Her fragile emotional state, due to aspergers, .weighed on her later performances at BGT. But the audition was REAL. After 25 years of singing, she finally got her big chance and grabbed it and changed her life forever. Which is why she is a multimillionaire today and is releasing her 7th album in November. BTW, go see her in concert if she tours the UK again. The woman can really sing. |

She had one hit song. That's it. 2.) Surely it would be Max Clifford's mate (the pSYChO) who would have sought an injunction and would have secured it given his status? |

The media hired two specialists to prove she was "auto tuned" and they both said in Susan Boyle's case, it was impossible, because she used so much vibrato.

I think Susan's been through a hell of a lot in her life and hope she is happier these days. I remember enjoying her cover of Wild Horses. |

Oh, I think she can sing - sorry for not being clear on that. What I meant was the way the audition was staged and edited was cynical media manipulation and it's very worst and I find it shocking most people don't even want to acknowledge that fact because they value the cheap emotional thrill more than honesty.

Bleeding Love was treated like a national treasure for a brief time with her debut album, and was at one point thought to be the next Mariah Carey in the making. |

Folks (her fans) hear what they want to hear. The sell is her story that they vicariously gain an emotional pleasure from. She is the ultimate underdog. Sadly the reality is she has been exploited for others satisfaction and financial gain.
She will always be subject to panic attacks and other emotional problems in real life, but Scotland appears to be very fond of their "Susan". because she remains absolutely down to earth and generous to those less fortunate. And her home boys and home girls are what she really cares about. |

Was she carried off at Notting Hill Carnival the other day?
I loved the stories about how she lost weight in 2014. Nothing to do with the monumental amount of powder she was putting up her nose, of course... |

From The Gossip Life:
These two A-list actors starred together in a forgettable movie a decade or so ago. It was before one of the A-list actor was launched onto the A-list and when he lingered around the C-list or D-list. He was cast on the condition he "uglied himself up" as not to "overshadow the A-list lead" "I think [name omitted] still holds a grudge." says my source. "There's been tension between him and [name omitted] ever since." |
