The Vampire Diaries, a series I don't watch, is a popular guess across the pond.
Ooh I love that show

I think that's a bit too obvious as the rumours have been circulating for months.

Ah right. People have been linking this rumour with the blind. Did sound like small beer to me. An Avengers AoS cameo seems a bigger deal.

Well if they bring on the real Tony Stark then I might start watching AoS

From CDAN:

There are plenty of shows out there waiting to take your spot, so if you are this former A list mostly television actor from an iconic show and you are an a-hole to everyone on your new show, including the people who decide whether you are on television, they will cancel your middling show and replace you with someone more pleasant on a different show.

I wouldn't call All My Children iconic.

Might have to see what's been cancelled recently.

The show has been cancelled so this is the last season. Its been all over the fan sites this is the last. It has been slowly dying a death for a number of seasons.

One of them could move to The Originals which is a spin off and still going strong?

As for Shield new season has been move to the death slot of Friday night. They want rid of it seems.

From TV Line:

You need a scorecard to keep track of all the personnel shakeups underway on your favorite returning shows (hey, such a scorecard exists!). But there’s one slide conspicuously missing from TVLine’s comprehensive Fall TV Cast Changes roundup — and with good reason. You see, this particular piece of casting news is intended to be a spit-take-worthy shock to end all spit-take-worthy shocks. According to sources, a returning series on one of the Big 5 networks is getting ready to pull off what will likely go down as one of the coolest, most surprising casting stunts of the year. The onscreen twist — which was shot earlier this month under a Star Wars-level veil of secrecy — is set to air during the show’s season premiere. Prediction: The show — and [spoiler]’s name — will be trending on Twitter before the closing credits roll.
Stabler returning to SVU?

An ongoing show, Halt and Catch Fire, about the world of 1980s computing will eventually take its 10pm Tuesday time slot. Cast led by the star of Pushing Daisies. So may be?

Now, to the item at hand. This one pertains to a major upcoming movie from Warner Animation Group (fitting since they have a movie coming out this month). This movie is set to revive a classic property (with hopes for a franchise). Last I heard, Warner Bros. was said to be looking at (and possibly considering) the following actors as potential shoo-ins for lead roles.

Tom Holland (best known now as MCU Spider-Man) and Dylan O’Brian (Teen Wolf, Maze Runner movies) are contenders for the male leads, while Ally Maki (a Japanese-American TV actress) and Cinta Laura (Indonesian-German actress and pop singer) are contenders for the female leads.

I can’t say anything more about the movie, but I can say that it’s something of a priority project for the studio(s).
No guesses at all for this one? Guesses are that it's a Hanna Barbara show. Some are saying Scooby Doo as a new movie has been green lit but I think it's going to be an unexpected revival. Hmm...

Didn't I read some heavy hints on this thread a few months ago suggesting the totally shark-jumping return 'home' of a certain flame haired chap?

Well at the time I thought someone somewhere must be completely delusional. How on earth would that work without making the shower scene in Dallas seem perfectly rational?

If it is that, I will be interested to see just how they manage it.

I don't think that show is on one of the big 5 networks I think it's on cable.

From CDAN:

That was not her credit card this former bubblegum pop singer turned actress was using on a shopping spree in Beverly Hills the other day. Not unless she changed her name to a Saudi Prince.

We're getting nowhere with this show. I suppose the Star Wars level of secrecy is working!

Ah - thanks.

I have to admit that I have no idea which shows are network and which are cable.
