I still think this is golden balls. Even though the world knows about his alleged infidelities, it would be a massive thing if the designer actually called him out on it and they split. The fact that she would finally be calling a day on it would be the shocker!

Also, I'm not sure if the US verison of him, is really know as the philanderer he is.

You may be right. The shock would be her calling him out and all the brand damage and image fallout that would cause.

Cant see it happening.
She is far too 'important' to be seen to be annoyed now.

She has known the truth for years and anyway she has been 'insert word beginning with f' a backing dancer for ages.

Actually, to Alf Garnett's reckless son-in-law and through him there's even a Corrie conection where a famous Corrie woman became her stepmother.

Well, if that's the csse, that you make her pretty much the mother of all groupies. I've often wondered whether her thing with Warmonger went beyond cooey-cooey dovey eyes and some real down n' dirty humping. I rather think it did. Mrs Warmonger probs sticking with him because both know where each other's bodies are buried.

if true this would be a fascinating piece of gossip!

I did think that there were 3 main locations for GOT, and that if the crew were filming in Iceland or Ireland or is it morocco? Then they wouldn't actually have anything to do with the other filming crews at all? And as there are hardly any cast crossing over, wouldn't they film interior scenes at separate times?

Not sure what bodies Mrs Warmonger has buried! I think this must be Goldenballs unless the other woman involved is very prominent i.e the dirty digger's ex, then yes that would be huge.

From The Gossip Life:

Get some ice water, because i'm stunned.

The Republican Nominee has an unlikely supporter in an A list actor, according to a source very close to the actor. Why, i hear you wonder? His volatile rhetoric resonated with the thespian? Perhaps the actor's fallen for that bright orange skin and crazy hair?

No. Our A list actor desperately desires a political career and he wants to run against him in 4 year because he'll, quote: "have a good chance of winning"

The Fresh Prince? He's expressed a desire to run for president in the past.

Jack Dawson? He's pretty political on some topics. Obvious answer is Doug Ross.

Doug Ross is an excellent shout. He's getting to that stage now where I think he'd be happy to retire from acting/directing and concentrate on other interests. Seems too soon for Jack. Wonder if Mrs Smith is considering a run. She seems to have the most powerful political friends although Basic Instinct is doing well in that area as well.

Doug Ross's tv show had a very acclaimed episode in S2, E7 so wonder if the ice water is reference to that (said episode featured some very cold water and a boy trapped in a storm drain)

Yeah, I remember that episode. Could be. Ross saved the boy. Green lost his patient.

Doug Ross might have a high profile in US liberal circles but he's got no political experience. Ronald Regan is also cited as 'the actor who became president' but, in fact, he was already a politician when he ran for the White House and already had a lot under his belt. He was active in union politics before drifting a little further right and becoming a Republican. He was governor of California - no mean job at all - and portraying him as an actor who did a little bit of politics is very wide of the mark.

Ross, on the other hand, has, as far as I know, zilch political experience.

Furthermore, the way the original blind was written made me think - 'supporter' - that is was some kind of Republican A lister. Then it turns on its head and makes out the subject thinks he'd have a hell of a chance of beating Trump, presumably because in his four years in office he would have cocked up so much more or less anyone could beat him.

There are plenty of wannabe Potuses in the Democratic Party and they might be a tad miffed if someone like Ross simply stepped to the front of the queue after all the dues they have been paying these past years. The same thing could be said about Jack Dawson - he would also put several Democrat noses out of joint. Anyway, isn't he being fingered in other entries as the guy the Feds want a quiet word with? The two don't really go together at all.

I think the ice water could be a reference to Jack Dawson, when Rose pushed him away in the icey water and started blowing the whistle.

He's made it clear he wants a political career in the past but I can't see him being a Trump supporter. Isn't he a dye in the wool Democrat?
Plus, if the Scientology thing has legs, I can't see a Scientologist ever becoming POTUS

I thought it might be joke support but it probably isn't him.

His Dad ran for Congress in 2004 but didn't win. He's also had a long standing interest in Darfur.

Well, I have to admit as substantiall political experience that really takes some beating. I stand corrected. I once poked my tongue out at an Mrs T poster - does that mean I can stand for Parliament?

Didn't Doug Ross marry this beard as it will help with his future political career?

If that's why they got married it was a bad idea - she doesn't gain him any votes. There is zero reason for this to be a fake relationship - she gets nothing from it it's not like she's an actress or model. There is no career boost in fact it could damage her very serious job.

I don't know. Had you ever heard of her before she hooked up with hubby? I'm not saying she isn't genuinely interested and passionate about her work but who wouldn't want the extra exposure and glamour she now has?

The wife of a former PM had a serious and well received career prior to her hubby's political ascent but now is more known for lining the family coffers.

No-one knows what really motivates even those seemingly doing jobs for the good of others.

As for him, it makes him seem like a real contender - much more so than any model/actress he could hook up with...except perhaps his buddy's soon to be ex but we won't go down that path...
