The dates were rescheduled and have all taken place.

Oddly and give the circumstances I don't find it suspicious at all: he was very ill and had refused treatment. And it seemed highly likely that despite his ostensible dislike of drugs and drugtakers, he was, although for very different reasons, addicted to painkillers and speed-type drugs. In his case, though, it seems his obsessino with work meant he just hated taking any downtime and just wanted to keep going.

Apparently he needed hip replacements (after all he was no longer young and was very energetic on stage in high heels) but refused them and instead took copious amounts of morphone-related painkillers, and as someone who - believe it or not more or less accidentally - became addicted to codeine and eventually went cold turkey I know just how dependent we can get. No, I don't think his death was at all suspicious. As for Major Tom I think it would be completely in keeping with the man, his beliefs and outlook if he had gone with assisted suicide.

Being a Jehovah's Witnesses access to surgery is complicated.

Is there any reason they can't bank their own blood before surgery? It's one of the more ridiculous religions and I've seen it destroy families, very cult like.

He was a bit of an oddity throughout his life, and his funeral was a very quickly arranged private ashes to ashes kind of thing. I would have expected him to be cryogenically frozen, or shot into space not a quick cremation.”

I think it's about Tom's probable assisted suicide too. He died in New York where the procedure is illegal. That could mean someone's going to be prosecuted and if it's who I suspect then it could be a celebrity trial. Pure speculation of course!!

From The Gossip Life:

This D-List offspring of this eternally A-List musician burst onto the entertainment industry in the 90's and it looked like they were heading for the same stratosphere of fame as the parent until they pissed off the wrong people. They were promptly and subtly blacklisted with several media campaigns taken out against them. Apparently they refused to sell out their A-list parent. Honour and loyalty costs.

I hope it doesn't go to trial if that's the case, I doubt there was ever any malice.

I thought Boddism was referencing The One And Only.

Wikipedia says both those songs Saltwater & The One and Only came out in 1991.

Problem is that assisted suicide is a crime, malice or no malice! If the police/DA suspect it (or someone grassed) they'll have to act.

So they did! My mistake, The One & Only sounds very '80s to me.

Plenty of interest in a world famous musician who was killed outside his home.
His son was/is also a singer.

donna255 was talking about the One & Only father not the saltwater father. Saltwater fits the blind better as his father will be permanently a-list due to the fact he died relatively young

Surely it would not have been assisted suicide, did not think he was unable to function without help. Assisted is surely when the patient cannot take the medication themselves.I am sure he may have been strong enough to self medicate

It was rumoured. But as it's a blind it could be about someone else, only time will tell for this one.

Saltwater's first hit came out in 1984.

Assisted is when you assist a person to die but they self administer the drugs etc.

Euthanasia is when you do it on the person behalf because they cant do it themselves (but they give consent)

Daily Star reporting that an unidentified married Premier League footballer paid £10k to a woman for sex. I'm guessing it's probably a British one to be a headliner. Has the auld slapper lover been at it again?
