It's a popular guess on the site but no one can recall a member dishing the dirt on an A list radio show. The show is believed to be the one hosted by the man with the very strict sounding surname. There aren't many A list national radio shows in the US.

Could be Just a Gigolo ? They aren't that big over here, but are in the US and one of the members is considered pretty much top of the tree for his chosen instrument...

Ah!!! Now the replacement singer and guitarist had major issues, singer dissed like mad about the brothers and stole(its said) the bass player. So Gigolo rejoined the band without the bass player who now works with the Haggar. Loads of ill feeling. Gigolo rejoined and they did tour earlier in the year. When Gigolo first left they did a lot of bitching about each other in the press Rolling Stone for one.

They were actually on the same level as the Beatles to me and still appear to be fairly amenable so on further reflection I don't think it's that band

There is still much bad blood between members of the band, two of whom have books out at the moment.

Indeed there is truly no Love lost.

I rarely comment on blinds but I think this is a great shout.

They are confusing Braveheart & Gladiator. Braveheart was born in USA and lived there until he was 12. Gladiator was born in NZ and moved to Oz as a small child.

Yes Diamond Dave did loads of radio etc at the time. Also he took over from the Stern as the host of the radio show for a while too. The fans always wanted the original band back together.

Oh no that's really put me off her. He seems a bit of a dullard but she seems like a really fun girl. Obviously not a good friend though
