What brand of make up do you normally wear? Do you stick to a single brand or you use multiple brands? I have always used NARS and they have a great range but would love to know what other folks wear.

What are your must have pieces?
I'm a make up junkie - I'm not a slave to a particular brand, I try different ones, read reviews, get samples etc.

At the moment

Foundation - YSL
Brows - Urban Decay
Eyeliner - MAC
Eyeshadows - various palettes, MAC, Revolution, Boots No 7
Blush - Daniel Sandler, Estee Lauder
Mascara - Clinique
Lipstick - Have too many to list but loving the Revlon Colorburst Matte Chubby Sticks at the moment - great colours.

Madara: Tinted moisturiser

Samsara: Mineral powders, and a couple of lippies

No7, Estee Lauder, Rimmel: Lippies

Rimmel: brightening concealer

Many more, but what I'm currently using.

I love YSL Fusion foundation.
Bobbie Brown concealer.
MAC lipsticks especially Ruby Woo which I wear often for evening.

A very good brand among the cheaper ones is sleek makeup .

There are a few other brands I use but generally a lot of my make up is from Seventeen at Boots. It's a brand I started using back when I first started buying my own make up and it's stuck with me ever since.

Here is a list of brands which I use for smokey eye.

Urban Decay Smoked Eyeshadow Palette.
BareMinerals READY 8.0 Power Neutrals in The Posh Neutrals.
Ciaté Olivia Palermo x Ciaté London Smokey Suedes Eye Palette.
Burberry Beauty Complete Eye Palette in Smokey Grey.

The local organic brands I love using are Glo Minerals and Inika. They're Australian makeup brands and they're suitable for all skin types.

But if I'm in other countries and have to purchase affordable makeup for emergencies, Maybelline, Loreal, ELF, and NYX are my go to brands.

Maybelline for primers, mascaras, and lipsticks; Loreal for lipsticks; ELF for makeup brushes; NYX for primers and foundation.

Any at the moment as people keep buying Make Up sets for Christmas that take forever to use up, but I do like No 17 from Boots along with over brands.

I tend to stick - mine is as follows:
Skincare: Monsia Skincare
Foundation: Boots #7 Stay Perfect with SPF15
Blusher: Rimmel lasting finish mono blush - bronze
Eyeliner: Max Factor kohl eyeliner pencil - charcoal grey (prefer
pencil to liquid because I can use a bud to smudge it so the line is
softened)
Mascara: Max Factor last lift - grey
Lip balm: Nivea sun perfect with SPF30 lip balm
Sunscreen: Shade all-natural sunscreen mineral sun cream, 100%
Natural only 4 ingredients: organic coconut oil, unrefined
Shea butter, unrefined beeswax. Cosmetic grade non-
nano zinc oxide, tested to EU Standards, SPF25 non-
toxic, suitable for all skin types & all ages, babies
& children (original unscented, 15ml) by Shade on Amazon.

I use Bobbi Brown for everything including cleanser and toner. I use Bare Minerals powder foundation in the summer sometimes.

I've used other brands in the past and have had bad allergic reactions so I stick to a brand that I won't affect me.

Do Max Factor you still make grey eyeliner? I find black too harsh for blue eyes and white, white skin.

I only use the natural collection range from boots because they don't test on animals like MAC and other high end brands do
Animal testing is banned in all make up sold in the EU.
