Hi everyone - some pretty exciting events in my life have me flying across the country (remember, I'm in the US ) in a few weeks for a job interview!

That being said, the day I'm supposed to leave is the day of the final. If we open the final on Thursday, May 19 and do results on Saturday, May 21, would this give people enough time to vote? Let us know!

I've got no problem with Thursday to Saturday for the final.

I'll know my favourite by then, it's fine for me

Playlists are coming, they're taking a bit of time as my computer was having trouble adding songs that were not available in the US to playlists.

Recaps are also coming!

There's a button on the lower left of each videos even for the blocked ones that says add to playlist. Once you get the hang of it, you'll actually find it very quick to do.

I have to step out for a bit, so Beth has agreed to make the playlists for these QFs; she'll post them when she posts the recaps!

QF1 Review

SLOVENIA: I find this more stupid that funny, unfortunately.
BULGARIA: The song isn't bad, the video is kinda ridiculous though
MONACO: I think this is really pleasant. I like it and I don't mind that it's old.
SAN MARINO: I love Marco's ballads. This is not driving me crazy but it's enjoyable and Marko is awesome anyway.
GREECE: This woman is a goddess and I love some rock-ish pop.
SCOTLAND: Quite nice, catchy chorus
ARMENIA: I wish it was only the girl singing, the man ruins it all for me. He is, idk, weird.
ENGLAND: Ok, who doesn't love Odell? Awesome artist and song. It feels like a predictable choice for England but I am okay with that
RUSSIA: How many 1D can this world bare? No!
LATVIA: What a beautiful song. Stunning chorus. Wish the verses were more interesting, it would have been perfect.
CROATIA: Great find for this country. I like this even if it's too slow-paced.
LIECHTENSTEIN: I would have entered this If I had got Germany or Liechtenstein in this contest. Curious to see how this will do, I think it's strong
FYR. MACEDONIA: The song could be decent if another singer was singing it. She just makes it cheap.
DENMARK: Good vocals, ok song
TASMANIA: I feel like I've heard this and watched this many times before while I haven't. Not a fan
VOJVODINA: Takes guts to enter rap in DSEF. Personally I quite like this.
AZERBAIJAN: This is boring and not for me at all
AUSTRIA: A decent indie track. However the singer doesn't look very... hmm, votable

Weak QF overall, clear favourites are Greece, England, Latvia and Liechtenstein.

Someone put that for Slovenia ..... brilliant
