You lot must be listening to a different QF3 to me, I struggled to pick a top 10 as there were so many dull lady ballads!

I worry about the girl in the Greenland video, surely it's far to chilly there to be doing that kind of thing.

We're missing a few votes for QF1 + 2. Reminders have been sent to those that this applies to.

If you've sent me your vote up to now, it has been counted - my apologies if I forgot to confirm via PM.

RESULTS WILL BE TONIGHT AT AROUND 9:30!

Mine will be in after 6pm, just before 7? Busy days and of course it's ESC week too.

SLOVENIA
Clever play on his name, a great and quite funny start, albeit lacking in melody a bit.
GREEN LIGHT

BULGARIA
Wasn’t overly enthusiastic about her last song, this is alright for the country.
ORANGE LIGHT

MONACO
Surprising choice as it’s a bit old now, I knew it and really like it though.
GREEN LIGHT

SAN MARINO
A bit more upbeat and modern than his usual stuff, not sure if I like it as much.
ORANGE LIGHT

GREECE
The song could be great, but her voice/singing somewhat ruins it.
ORANGE LIGHT

SCOTLAND
Great song: memorable chorus, with some nice verses and bridge to support it.
GREEN LIGHT

ARMENIA
An Armenian song in Russian is a bit odd, but it’s quite a solid entry.
YELLOW LIGHT

ENGLAND
This guy can't live on 'Another Love' forever, this is a mediocre piece of noise.
RED LIGHT

RUSSIA
The Russian music scene always feels 10 years behind, this is catchy but cheesy.
YELLOW LIGHT

LATVIA
I wasn’t really feeling this at first, but it gets pretty epic toward the end, so I quite like it now.
GREEN LIGHT

CROATIA
I’m sad because I wanted to send in Vlaho, I’m happy because this is the wrong song.
YELLOW LIGHT

LIECHTENSTEIN
This is a bit flat and not too original. It’s good enough but not doing much for me atm.
YELLOW LIGHT

MACEDONIA
I’d come across this, it just sounds like a lesser version of 'Trust Your Feelings' tbh.
ORANGE LIGHT

DENMARK
Nice and soulful voice, I like how this builds too and the chorus is brilliant.
GREEN LIGHT

TASMANIA
Standard piece of indie-rock really. It works well though, but doesn’t do miracles.
YELLOW LIGHT

VOJVODINA
I’m okay with some rap if it’s good rap, here it’s only half good, but the sung part is fun.
YELLOW LIGHT

AZERBAIJAN
Laleh’s 12th participation lol . She annoys me in this, and the song is a bit in the middle.
ORANGE LIGHT

AUSTRIA
A nice closer, I like parts of it better than others but overall it’s a very strong tune.
GREEN LIGHT

Green>Yellow>Orange>Red

You have a little over 1 hour to get your votes in for QF1 and QF2 if you have not already done so. There are several players who have countries in these QFs that have not voted - you will be disqualified if you do not.

Despina Vandi had better qualify to make up for Greece's first ESC non-qualification

Is that '12th participation' a joke or is it literally her 12th participation? If literal, that must be a record

SLOVENIA: I mean, Slovenia is hard, so why not?
BULGARIA: Much better than her other one although she really does love her dubstep and it kills the song a bit.
MONACO: French and fun.
SAN MARINO: Marco is such a ride. I prefer him to the song but it's good.
GREECE: Lush.
SCOTLAND: Eh.
ARMENIA: Somewhere there is a rulebook for duets and I think they just bought a second hand copy.
ENGLAND: The lyrics in the verses touch my soul.
RUSSIA: Yeah, no.
LATVIA: Goddess.
CROATIA: **** y'all for sending this, I wanted to.
LIECHTENSTEIN: Yeah she's got game.
MACEDONIA: I heard this a while ago. Macedonia are doing all right lately!
DENMARK: So Scandi. Not exactly cutting edge but it's okay.
TASMANIA: Yes!
VOJVODINA: Ohai Vojvodina. Also bye.
AZERBAIJAN: I was expecting Laleh this contest but not this song.
AUSTRIA: Bit dated but appeals to my inner 15yo.

SERBIA: No.
NORTH AFRICA: It's fine.
GUERNSEY: Imany aka Olly from Years & Years???
SHETLAND ISLANDS: Always a bit twee with our Kerri.
ICELAND: Idk what to make of this.
IRELAND: Would be better if she toned it down.
NORWAY: Solid.
SWITZERLAND: This is so familiar. Maybe it's just that all her songs sound the same. Good tho!
MALTA: Obviously.
AZORES: Pleasant.
GERMANY: For sure.
VATICAN CITY: Emma can now create her own DSFE album. Not one of her strongest.
CYPRUS: It's actually not bad but going home anyway.
LITHUANIA: Takes just a bit too long to get anywhere.
GEORGIA: I guess.
ISRAEL: Passed me by like a cirrus cloud.
BELARUS: Yass Belarus I believe in you.
GOTLAND: Reminds me of my marriage, how adorable and catchy.

SERBIA
Er, I usually like rock but this I’m not sure Serbian hard rock is really my thing…
ORANGE LIGHT

NORTH AFRICA
Adel Tawil has done quite a few good songs, this isn’t his best, but it’s decent for what it is.
YELLOW LIGHT

GUERNSEY
I say this often: I don’t like electronic music. This is annoying and goes nowhere.
RED LIGHT

SHETLAND ISLANDS
This is an enjoyable folky song, right down my street. Not beautiful like her last one but still good.
GREEN LIGHT

ICELAND
Strangely constructed, annoying, and nothing interesting. It’ll have its fans, but I won’t be one.
RED LIGHT

IRELAND
Does Ireland have to have to pick Americans every time? A strong pop song nonetheless.
GREEN LIGHT

NORWAY
This was somewhat promising until the downright irritating chorus. I’m not fond of this one.
ORANGE LIGHT

SWITZERLAND
Anna is great and this is no different. The hook is infectious, and I’m really liking it.
GREEN LIGHT

MALTA
Lauren is becoming a real DSFE veteran, luckily this is one of her best songs so I don’t mind.
GREEN LIGHT

AZORES
I was going to enter this if I had Portugal, Kika delivers once again and it should do well.
GREEN LIGHT

GERMANY
So Mandy changed her name to Grace. Logical. This isn’t inspiring me much I’m afraid.
ORANGE LIGHT

VATICAN CITY
Not sure the pope is pleased with this . Standard Italian fare, but a fairly solid entry.
YELLOW LIGHT

CYPRUS
Don’t really know who Dappy is, but I do know this song is pretty cool! I like it.
GREEN LIGHT

LITHUANIA
This was nice and smooth but lacks a proper hook, and is therefore rather forgettable.
YELLOW LIGHT

GEORGIA
A-Studio aren’t ever that good, and this no better than their other songs.
ORANGE LIGHT

ISRAEL
Not the most musical of languages, but the song was relaxing and rather enjoyable.
YELLOW LIGHT

BELARUS
Of all the acts I ever entered, Gunesh is the one to return lol . Still love the sound her voice has, and it’s a very good song (looks like she’s sorted out her wardrobe since ‘Lady Emerald’ too ).
GREEN LIGHT

GOTLAND
A great way to close the heat, think I’d heard it before and I like it a lot, very catchy.

Oh darn it. Out of all the songs in this contest, Serbia is the only song that I went "brilliant" for, but it looks like I'm on my own!

I'm not hopeful for my chances tonight, not surprised though as a little preoccupied with the real thing.

No I like it - admittedly the over selling of Belgrade is a bit annoying but rock and group chanting works for me

Not had any particularly bad reviews for either of my countries in the first two QFs so I'm optimistic.

One of my countries is getting decent reviews, whilst the second is getting unfairly slaughtered
